I had a great stay at Terry's place. It felt like home with amenities like TV, fridge, AC, washing machine, water filter, geysers, gas stove, oven, electric kettle, toaster, iron box, and kitchen essentials. They also stocked basic cooking items like salt, masala, sugar, tea, coffee, and dairy whitener. The apartment is very clean and offers a nice view of wetlands, bordered by landmarks like Lulu Mall, O by Tamara Hotel, and others on the Bypass Road. The location is easy to find, just 200m from KIMS Hospital. Security and lift facilities are available. Our group came for a conference, and the digital lock system made access hassle-free without relying on a key. The host is supportive, proactive, and quick to address needs. Food delivery and Uber services are accessible. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

The house was just beautiful, full of greenery, neat and clean. The host were very polite and humble. They helped us with everything we asked for. The host also took us through the garden and explained about surroundings. The house was very well designed, private and Safe. I went with my parents and wife for single night. We ordered food from nearby restaurants. There were catalogues provided in the house by the host for direct orders. Swiggy Zomato was also available. The kitchen utensils, drinking water and fridge was provided by the host. The bedrooms are large and roomy. The AC was very strong so we had to shut it down and only fans. The bathrooms were clean with all toiletries. Hot water was provided. The house had fast WiFi. The house help person was also available for any assistance. The approach road to the house was very direct and there was no chance of missing the house if you follow the maps. Overall, it was very good. I would love to stay more in the same house

Naveen was a great host. He was extremely proactive and always willing to help. the villa is a great place for families and we were right at home. the stay was very comfortable and would not hesitate to recommend if you want to explore in and around Trivandrum and want to have an affordable place for big families

The property was nice and clean. We were a family of 10 and it was pretty spacious for us. Noel was very responsive and friendly, and he provided early check in which helped us a lot. Only caveat is that the property is located on a very narrow downward slope, which might be difficult to get to and park inside the property, especially on bigger vehicles.

We had a wonderful stay at G-Homestay to celebrate our baby’s birthday with our mothers, and it exceeded all our expectations. The property is beautifully maintained—spotlessly clean, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable. Our baby felt at ease throughout the stay, which made the experience even more special for us. The host was absolutely amazing—warm, welcoming, and attentive to every little detail, ensuring we had a hassle-free and memorable stay. The peaceful ambiance of the home, combined with its thoughtful amenities, made it the perfect getaway for our family. We truly loved our time here and would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a cozy and well-maintained place to stay. We’d love to return in the future! clean rooms with necessary amenities like ac, washing machine fridge etc. kitchen with necessary utensils to prepare food. there are 2 cars parking parking which we got is very tight, getting car out is tedious work
