Since the reception, to the presentation and description of both the apartment and the surrounding areas, it was 5*, Lord Izi, (I do not know if this is how it is written) was of attention, sympathy, cordiality and inexhaustible professionalism, thank you very much. The apartment was impeccably, clean, ( wc, bedrooms, living room) and all very neat, in addition to being very welcoming. We were spoiled with wine, beer and coffee. It is very well located with transport at the door to Puerto de Santa Maria, lines L3 and L6, I advise to buy the rechargeable pass (1.50 euros) that can be used for all means of transport ( Bus, train and boat), in addition to the transport also has two mini markets with fresh bread both and everything that needs the most basic. Very quiet condominium and everything pacific, place to park. We didn't go to the pool because the time wasn't for it. The apartment is very nice and cozy. Located in a quiet area. It was very clean and with the resources needed for a pleasant stay. Self check-in and with the app, very comfortable. Good communication with Violeta. We would definitely do it again! :)

The apartment has a great location right on the first row on the beach promenade with a great block to the Atlantic Ocean. There is a lot of parking right in front of it. Restaurants and downtown Conil are within walking distance. The apartment is very well equipped and was clean. Arantza is a lovely host who responded immediately and gave many tips. The only thing we didn't like so much is the slightly small bathroom where the drain smelled.

What a GREAT place! New, clean, quiet, everything worked, rooftop hangout, and close to the beach. Jorge was a very friendly and responsive host. Love to visit again!

Our vacation here has been a delight. Warm and comfortable environment, with everything you need for a stay like at home. The residential complex has a lot of well-kept greenery and is super quiet if what you're looking for is tranquility. Beach access from the residential development. A bakery next door. The host a 10. Unbeatable house two blocks from the beach, the house was clean and has everything you need to enjoy a few days in all comfort and without having to worry about anything, we were a few friends and we were very comfortable. Beatriz was attentive all the time that we were comfortable and that there was no problem, we will definitely come back. Exceptional parking and arrival with a grocery store two streets away. Quiet and family-friendly urbanization that you feel safe and comfortable. It has front garden, back and terrace to enjoy. 100% recommended

Raúl was very nice at the reception, explaining everything very well and giving us advice on the area, what to see, where to eat, etc... the recommended places were very successful. The stay was very comfortable, the house had everything and was spotless. Also equipped with all the essentials to spend a few days. Special mention to the terrace that has given us a lot of space with the hammocks, the table and the umbrella. The area is great, very close to the beach and located a couple of streets from the main one where there are shops and very close to the grocery market to buy good items and cook them in the apartment's very well-equipped kitchen. We'll be back when we get the chance. 10 out of 10 for the service and the stay, you can't ask for more.

The house is wonderful ,it’s close to the restaurants and has a grocery store across the street . It was just a five minute walk to the beautiful beach . We really enjoyed the back yard and so did our pups ! Thanks for sharing your comfy cozy home with us ! We had a great time ! Thanks so much :))

This was the second time we stayed at Macarena's Airbnb in just a few months. This time when stayed while purchasing a home in Spain. Macarena is a terrific host with a beautiful apartment. We loved this specific location (Punta Candor) in Rota. The apartment is very comfortable and I will recommend this place to anyone who wishes a comfortable stay in Rota.

We had a lovely stay here. Everything was comfortable and homely. It's so close to the beach which is beautiful and kept very clean. You can see the sea from the balcony, and there are many good restaurants nearby. Manuel was a lovely host.

A few days of rest and disconnection in a beautiful setting

Amazing the location in which the apartment is located!! Super close to the beach. Everything was very clean and the deal with Francisco was incredible, every question or thing we needed was there to solve or help. A ten as a host I wish I could always match people like that In our case we were with two dogs and they were great because it has a back patio. By the way with views of the beach that is awesome I recommend it 100%.

Friendly hosts and willing to help you with everything. They were flexible with check in and check out. The apartment was spotless.

Apartment and infrastructure of the residential complex in order: Size perfect even for longer stays (even in very bad weather!), El. Heating available, necessary appliances for everyday life are available. Quick response from the host to requests; friendly welcome and easy check-in. Unfortunately, the apartment is a bit outdated and the leaking windows and balcony door (it rained in...) as well as the kitchen and bathroom would tolerate a renovation well.
