Holiday rentals with beach access in Cádiz

Our experience in Carmen and David's apartment was great. We felt at home from the very beginning. Super comfortable apartment, with everything you might need and very spacious. Incredible arrival ease with very clear and visual instructions that make the whole process stress-free and very simple. Great location right on the beach and close to plenty of restaurants. It has a small supermarket 5 meters away where they make sandwiches for the beach and you can find what you need. Our experience was amazing. We recommend it 100%. We'll be back for sure!

Since the reception, to the presentation and description of both the apartment and the surrounding areas, it was 5*, Lord Izi, (I do not know if this is how it is written) was of attention, sympathy, cordiality and inexhaustible professionalism, thank you very much. The apartment was impeccably, clean, ( wc, bedrooms, living room) and all very neat, in addition to being very welcoming. We were spoiled with wine, beer and coffee. It is very well located with transport at the door to Puerto de Santa Maria, lines L3 and L6, I advise to buy the rechargeable pass (1.50 euros) that can be used for all means of transport ( Bus, train and boat), in addition to the transport also has two mini markets with fresh bread both and everything that needs the most basic. Very quiet condominium and everything pacific, place to park. We didn't go to the pool because the time wasn't for it. Wow, we were just blown away. The location is probably the best in all of Tarifa. The apartment is lovely and is much bigger than you think based on the photos. And it was stocked so generously that we had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Thank you for your kind hospitality and sharing your lovely beach house!

Our vacations here have been a delight. Warm and comfortable environment, with everything necessary for a stay at home. The urbanization with a lot of green is very cared for and super quiet if what you are looking for is tranquility. beach access from the urbanization. Bakery next door. The host is a 10. We all enjoy it easy. And available at all times We will be back! ❤️❤️❤️

the apartment is located in a very well maintained resort. From the driveway you can access the pools and the children's play area, then directly to the beach. The very large accommodation had a kitchen with two induction stoves and everything you need to cook independently, a living area where you can dine quietly in 4, a sofa with armchair in the living room where there is a TV with the possibility of connecting to Netflix. The bedrooms were two, a master bedroom and a double bedroom both spacious. The bathroom, also large, is equipped with a sink, separate shower area. The terrace was also very nice, which allowed both breakfast and lunch or dinner, as well as a pleasant time. The apartment has a private garage accessible by elevator. The complex is located in a quiet area of Atlanterra a stone's throw from Zahara De Los Atunes and Barbate. Really super comfortable place to stay.

Absolutely incredible stay! Location was incredible, right next to the pool, beach and bars and restaurants! The pool was so clean, beach was so amazing and the food in the restaurants were great! Jenna was amazing. She was so communicative, we had x2 kids and she went above and beyond! The house was clean and had all the amenities!! Jenna was an amazing host!! Thank you

Perfect accommodation, the house is a pass, clean, new, very well equipped and Beatriz is a very good host, attentive at all times to us. The terrace and pool are the best part of the house.

Julia and Nick's property is a wonderful spot for a holiday getaway. Our group of five (four adults and a six-year-old) spent a week there, and we had an incredible experience. The house is roomy, immaculate, and equipped with everything you might need. The pool’s warm water was perfect, and we spent countless hours swimming and relaxing in it. Although the nearest beach wasn't the best, there are several lovely beaches within a short drive—some just 10 minutes away, others about 30 minutes. The location is central to several coastal towns that are well worth exploring. These towns have beautiful beaches and offer delicious, comforting food. Julia and Nick are fantastic hosts—very helpful and always attentive. They reached out to us about a week before our arrival, provided all the details we needed, and promptly answered all our questions. Thank you, Julia and Nick, for sharing your wonderful home and for being such gracious hosts.

Absolutely amazing experience! 100/10 recommend

Teresa's place was large, three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Newly refurbished, everything was new and clean. Couple of problems with Netflix which were resolved by Teresa very quickly. We were there for six weeks in the off-season, so it was very quiet - did need a car to get around to all the tourist sites. Overall very nice.

Our stay at this charming house was absolutely wonderful!! Nestled near the sea, this property offered the perfect combination of tranquility and fun. The lush garden was like a little paradise, where we enjoyed peaceful mornings sipping coffee and delightful afternoons playing with the abundance of toys provided – an absolute treat for families with kids or anyone young at heart! The proximity to the sea made it easy to soak in breathtaking views and indulge in refreshing seaside walks. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, creating an atmosphere that truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail of this place exudes warmth and care, making it an ideal getaway for relaxation and enjoyment. If you're looking for a cozy retreat that blends the beauty of nature with thoughtful hospitality, this is the place to be. We can't wait to return!

Great place to stay and well equipped with everything you need.Near to the bus station, supermarket and restaurants/cafes. Easy walk into Estepona so you don’t need a car when you stay here.

Had a great stay enjoying the pool beach, and coast walk. The property is accurately described and met our needs well as a group of 5 adults, baby and dog! The urbanisation itself is well kept and has a friendly feel whilst being quiet and relaxed for families.

Located in a quiet area ideal to disconnect, it has nice pools where you have a great time. The apartment is as described, you feel at home there is nothing missing and the communication with Joaquim has been very good. 100% recommended.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment over Christmas. It couldn’t have been more central (we hardly used our hire car as there was enough going on in the Marina and surrounding areas which were easily walkable). Most of the restaurants were open and there was a really nice Christmas atmosphere, lots of people around, but not overcrowded. Easy, free parking - didn’t need to use the garage parking. The best bit for us was probably the apartment terrace - in December, we had the sun all day, some lovely sunrises over the marina. Fab. Must mention the very comfortable (double) bed (always a bonus!). The apartment was very clean, everything worked, we had no issues and didn’t need to contact anyone. Would certainly recommend it and if we visit the area again, we would book another stay here.

A few days of rest and disconnection in a beautiful setting

Highly recommend! I loved my stay at this beautiful place—perfectly located just outside the beach in a peaceful area. One standout feature was the incredibly comfortable bed, which is rare to find. There’s also a small outdoor table, great for enjoying meals. The WiFi worked flawlessly. The space had decent lighting, though a bit more would be ideal, especially in the evening. The only minor downside was occasional noise from neighbors—not loud, but something to keep in mind if you prefer complete silence. Overall, a fantastic stay!

A perfect hide-away for sea loving families. The road may be a bit noisy, when the sea is calm. But other than that: lovely!

From the outset communication with Ricardo and Mariana was excellent. The video instructions provided prior to arriving were super helpful. Beautiful spacious apartment and well kept complex. Would highly recommend. Thank you Ricardo, Mariana and not forgetting Rebeca.
