I spent four nights at Marylin’s beautiful beachfront bungalow, and it was an amazing experience. Marylin arranged transportation for me all the way from the airport to the lodge which made things easy for me. The location is stunning, with just a quick 10-minute boat ride to Nosy Komba to see lemurs, chameleons, and more. Marylin and her son, Sam, were wonderful hosts, and their nearby main house was perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals. The property’s three friendly dogs added to the welcoming vibe. Marylin also arranged an unforgettable excursion for me to swim with whale sharks! If you’re visiting Madagascar, don’t miss staying at Marylin’s place—I’ll definitely be back!

The spectacular beauty of your surroundings are quite overwhelming when walking in through the entrance of this magnificent villa. Easily the most beautiful place I have ever been. Views of the turquoise ocean go on for ever, with a 360 panoramic vistas. You experience magnificent uninterrupted sunrise and sunsets from the extended deck. The pool is large and always sparkling blue. We spent many hours well into the evening floating in the warm water. The Villa is very well equipped with more fridge and freezer space than you will need, an ice maker, bread maker, blender for the ample mangoes we froze for smoothies and much more. The WiFi is freely available and works well. Staff were friendly and charming, despite the language barrier we were able to arrange many outings and food options, with the use of Google. Santana kept the villa spotlessly clean and whipped up some impressive meals. Grounds staff and security went about their tasks almost unnoticed. We will certainly return.

It was a lovely home where we could enjoy a beautiful view. Everyone was very helpful even though the language barrier was huge - but that is part of the experience. For people not from Europe, I will recommend to bring Euros with- almost everything must be paid in cash on the Islands. Mathieu was generous to let us pay extras from the house on the Airbnb app. Thank you! It was a lovely holiday for our 2 families!!
