The house was easy to access, surprisingly spacious and very tidy with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The location was central to so many areas and attractions. The place was perfect for our girls weekend and we would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We had no issues and a very pleasant trip thanks to Jennifer.

Stayed at Lauren’s place for a long weekend with my dog. Super cozy cottage with everything that I could need. Lauren was very responsive and I so appreciated the binder with local recommendations and the cold waters she left for me and the treats she left for my pup!

Great stay! It was clean, the neighbors are friendly. Pete the host was great, gave us some great local recommendations that were top notch. Would definitely stay again if work brings me back to the area.

The home had everything needed to cook for a family! It was very cozy and warm inviting. It was within a short drive of the beach and it was great having beach, chairs and towels that we could use. I would definitely recommend it for small or large groups. it was great having enough linens for the family use!

We had a great stay at Sean’s place. The house is fantastic, the pups love the backyard, and we felt right at home. The house is clean and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. We would absolutely recommend staying here.

We really had a wonderful Christmas celebration there. The house was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the kitchen and bathroom. The living space was large. We put up a Christmas tree and hung our stockings on the mantle. We had a lovely time. We plan on staying there again in the future.

I had to book Krista's house so my family would have a comfortable place to stay during my surgery and initial recovery. it was wonderful and although I personally only spent 1 night there, my family was very comfortable. would definitely use her again !

Wow. Don’t know what to gush about first. Somehow this might be my favorite airbnb experience in the last several years! Had plans to celebrate a bday with a group of 11 people in GR, and this place seemed perfect. From the moment you walk in, you notice endless little details that show this host anticipated every guest need. With so much thoughtful character in all of the spaces, it’s so easy to feel at home. Every person slept well. The beds, the bunks, the couches. The shower had a rainfall shower head! Love it. Very well stocked kitchen and pantry. Lovely hot tub. Instructions to keep it clean were very easy to follow. Even in the winter this place is a treasure. Trust me, it’s actually even better than the pictures. We ran out of toilet paper since reserves in the house were low- our host doordashed us TP in less than an hour!! Can you believe it? Total class act, an excellent set of hosts. We cannot WAIT to come back in the summer. Thanks for everything! -Laur

Tam's place was good for our family gathering. I think the kids enjoyed the game room.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. BUT… the initial address given was not the address of the house so we have to drive another 30 minutes to get to the house. The house was clean, rustic and ideal for us 3 people and a dog. We enjoyed the amenities especially the billiards and kayaks. Also our dog enjoyed running around the property.

We loved staying at Sandy's place! It was really lovely and Sandy was a super helpful, kind host. Everything was really well taken care of and convenient. We will be back!

Great place for a quick trip! Very chill vibes, great separation from the main house, felt very private. We stayed for a wedding in GR and it was perfect! Sauna is so worth it! Would have loved to see it in the summer with the pool open! Missed there was no TV in the description but brought a projector as I do on every airbnb trip! Did two puzzles while we enjoyed our peaceful stay!

Nice location, pet friendly, and plenty of room. Host was responsive and very nice. We so appreciated being able to have our 2 pups with us and feel that they were safe and comfortable!

We brought two small dogs with us and had a great time! This was in the middle of winter conditions and it was still easy to get in/out of the apartment area. The kitchen is fully loaded so it makes it easy to cook something. The area is near lots of great restaurants too, so that option exists as well. Robb was a great host and we got to meet his good dog Flynn as well!

This place was so convenient for our family and our fur babies!! We had to be in town for our grandbaby’s 1st birthday party and due to the holidays, we had to bring everyone from TN to MI! Lisa was AMAZING at communication, and responsive if we needed anything as well. The house and yard were more than perfect for us!! We will stay here again!! PS - the kitchen counters are so gorgeous and I need that dishwasher!!!

We had an amazing week at Vickie's beautiful lakefront cottage in early September. The weather was perfect, and being a bit out of season, we were the only people around so it was very private and peaceful. Vickie sent a thorough welcome message initially with clear instructions for accessing the property, and provided some great recommendations for things to do in the area (aside from spending time on the beach!) She was always quick to respond to all other messages too. The house itself was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The setting just can't be beat - Vickie's home is on a great stretch of sugar sand beach. We really enjoyed taking sunset beach walks. Lastly, it meant a lot to us that we were able to bring our two dogs with us, and especially since we had to say goodbye to one of them shortly after getting home. We were so glad she had one last beach trip. I can't recommend Vickie's home highly enough. She was an exceptional host, and we can't wait to go back!

We stayed here in the winter so it was different than most renters needs probably. The host shoveled the snow leading to the door, which I thought was extra nice. The pictures of the location are very accurate. I went with my husband, 16 year old, and 2 Boxers. The home is very dog friendly, but it didn’t smell like it. The owners even have a little dog bed and some other dog things.

Cathy’s place was perfect for what we needed. It was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck. It was 15 minutes to the festival grounds so it was convenient. If you have more than two guests, keep in mind that the two not in the bedroom will have to cut through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. It worked out ok in our case.

Amazing deal. Cute town, great neighborhood, and lovely rental. Our family of four, including two teenage boys, and dog were very comfortable here. Monique provided everything we needed.

Spacious second floor with a big kitchenette and bathroom. Amanda was able to get me in on short notice on New Year's Day, and check in was super easy!

Due to some living out of state, I rarely get a chance to spend a holiday with all of my children and grand children. I decided to wait until after the holidays to have a family celebration. I wanted to find a space large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. …size, bedrooms, bathrooms all factors. Barn Swallow seemed to be the best match. We were not disappointed. The accommodations were just as (if not better than) described. We had plenty of room and all we needed to prepare meals together. My sons enjoyed watching football in the living room… especially on the comfy loungers. My grandchildren had all the space they needed to play. They even enjoyed some play in the snow on the beautiful property. Our dogs had a great stay as well. Having a fenced in yard for them to potty and run around off leash was a bonus. Our hosts were great. They promptly answered any questions we had and, though they live onsite, we had complete privacy. We truly loved our stay at Barn Swallow.

We had a great stay! Host was very kind and responded quickly to any questions. Location was very cute and comfortable to stay in! I would 100% be staying here again next time I'm in town!
