Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Norton Shores

Had a quick trip to Grand Rapids area planned and this was an ideal spot for us. Quiet area that’s a quick drive to downtown. Place was spotless and we may have been the first ones to stay there, I didn’t see any other reviews. Everything was as described, easy to check in, etc. would stay here again.

Great place with everything we needed. Tastefully decorated. Easy drive to local attractions , as well as Saugatuck and a south Haven! Annalisa was great with communication! Perfect place for my family and dog! I would book again!

Awesome stay, we have done this with the family for a few years and really have a wonderful time between the cabin and the amenities at double jj. The place is hard to find as the directions take you down a service road, but once there it’s a dream.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. BUT… the initial address given was not the address of the house so we have to drive another 30 minutes to get to the house. The house was clean, rustic and ideal for us 3 people and a dog. We enjoyed the amenities especially the billiards and kayaks. Also our dog enjoyed running around the property.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights. What a wonderful place to stay. This place had more amenities than any other place I have stayed with. Robb was great at answering our questions very promptly and was super easy to get a hold of. This area in Grand Rapids is very walkable and very beautiful. We will definitely stay at this place again!!!

Comfortable beds. Great master shower.

The place was as described. Easy to find and to get around. We brought our dog with us and the lower level area was great for her to have. It was a nice clean and cozy home base for us as we visited nearby family. Instructions for the place were clear and specific to follow in a binder put together by the host. We plan on staying here again when visiting family.

This is a relaxed and fun location. Lisa is very responsive, kind and thoughtful. There are great games to play. The kitchen is beautiful and functional. If you are staying for a week or more, just be cognisant that there is not an accessible washer and dryer. This is a wonderful location, so close to everything! Oh, you must come see the 25 turkeys an 15 gorgouse deer that pass from the hill in the back yard to the park across the street. The neighbors put food out for the wildlife. Wonderful experience!

Samantha’s place was the perfect spot for a mom’s weekend away & it was 20 minutes from our destination, the Muskegon adventure park. The place was clutter free, clean and decorated so cute. The beds and linens were 10/10, which is not something I take lightly! A few things to note is that you have to use the side door for check in which was not noted and it was pitch black when we arrived / extremely slippery when we finally made our way in the dark to the correct door, there was no paper towel at the house(thankfully we had brought some) & the listing noted there was a diffuser with oils and that was not in the home, we were looking forward to that to add to our relaxing stay. Overall the home was a great value, clean and I would recommend to anyone!

Cathy’s place was perfect for what we needed. It was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck. It was 15 minutes to the festival grounds so it was convenient. If you have more than two guests, keep in mind that the two not in the bedroom will have to cut through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. It worked out ok in our case.

The home had everything needed to cook for a family! It was very cozy and warm inviting. It was within a short drive of the beach and it was great having beach, chairs and towels that we could use. I would definitely recommend it for small or large groups. it was great having enough linens for the family use!

Due to some living out of state, I rarely get a chance to spend a holiday with all of my children and grand children. I decided to wait until after the holidays to have a family celebration. I wanted to find a space large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. …size, bedrooms, bathrooms all factors. Barn Swallow seemed to be the best match. We were not disappointed. The accommodations were just as (if not better than) described. We had plenty of room and all we needed to prepare meals together. My sons enjoyed watching football in the living room… especially on the comfy loungers. My grandchildren had all the space they needed to play. They even enjoyed some play in the snow on the beautiful property. Our dogs had a great stay as well. Having a fenced in yard for them to potty and run around off leash was a bonus. Our hosts were great. They promptly answered any questions we had and, though they live onsite, we had complete privacy. We truly loved our stay at Barn Swallow.

Me and my family adored this place the house was beautiful the hosts that live on the property are super kind privacy is awesome here we had a wifi issue and they fixed it right away the only issue was the trash not running when it was supposed to that may have been due to weather but we will Definitely be coming back as it was a pleasure it was to stay here
