This place! What a little slice of zen in SF. On a weekend getaway with family, it is the perfect place to relax, read, soak in the garden, snuggle kitties, take in the breathtaking view, and soak up the charm of your surroundings. Also a great place to launch explorations in the city if that's on your agenda. Jeannie and Skate were fabulous hosts, speedy communicators, and set us up for success with clear instructions and info. Can't wait to back again!

Shari was so helpful and accommodating. We felt taken care of and right at home. The cottage is so cute and comfortable. It has a great side deck with a large outdoor sofa and wall fountain that hummingbirds really love. The back yard is beautifully landscaped and the hot tub is a huge plus! It's also nice to have TVs in every room. We didn't have a chance to use the bikes or fireplace, but hope to next time! So much is offered in this small but well-laid-out cottage. The neighborhood is lovely. Close walk to the beach! Several places to eat nearby. We can't wait to come back!

What a lovely spot. Its obvious Pat and Doris founded their homestead on kindness and love. The community surrounding them are warm and welcoming. We made good memories here. Thank you again! Looking forward to coming back soon!

What a perfect place for a quick get away from the city. A bit steep for anyone who may be nervous driving up hill, but the surroundings are worth it! drive slowly! Other than that, Delia was a pleasure to stay with. She was wonderfully responsive and welcoming. Our private suite was cozy, clean & just like the pictures. The breakfast provided was nutricious and a great touch-that home made granola was delicious! The access to the hot tub was our stay's highlight. Watching the stars while relaxing in that tub was amazing. She has a binder with stay instructions and suggestions of places to visit within the area as well as to eat. We sadly left the wood sitting too long , so it got damp, and couldnt light the fire Delia set up for us due to high humidity. That was the only thing that went wrong for us. All in all we would highly recommend staying! Thank you again, Delia!

Our stay was amazing, the house is so magical and we will remember our experience there forever. Skate and Jeannie were lovely hosts always made us feel at home and were always very attentive to any needs. Thank you! Hope to come stay again in the future !

Susan and Dave were gracious hosts. They greeted us warmly upon our arrival, helping us to feel at home. Susan has thoughtfully attended to every detail, there is nothing we were in need of during our stay. Their hospitality extended to a continental breakfast to get our day started. The sitting area at the river's bank is so serene. We enjoyed napping in the hammock and reading a book after a day of running up and down the coast. We are very picky about mattresses, and found the bed very comfortable. We left a couple of items behind, which Susan and Dave were very kind to mail to us. Thank you Susan and Dave for adding to what was a spectacular vacation.

This guest suite is lovely. Bed is super comfortable, nice linens and pillows. Coffee table has a top that can pop up to be desk to work at, sitting on the sofa. Place is super clean. Appreciated the beverages and snacks provided. Quiet neighborhood.

Always a very comfortable and easy stay at Emily's beautiful Berkeley home. Looking forward to the next time I can stay again.

Brenda and Boll are fabulous. My boyfriend and I stayed one night and were heartened at how welcome and warm they were. Breakfast was fantastic and super generous. The only thing I will flag: I didn’t realize that they sometimes rent out multiple rooms, in which case everything other than the bedroom would be shared. There were no other guests when we were there, but just pointing this out for future travelers. I’d stay here again anytime. Super lovely.

This was me and my partners second stay with Diane and her husband. The house was clean and they were both welcoming and made us feel right at home! The walk to and from down town Nevada city was easy and made enjoying the area a breeze!

Susan and Rich are awesome folks who have a cozy, safe and roomy space for anyone looking to check out yosemite or the surrounding area. They’ve put the B back in AirBnb and offer superb hospitality. You’ll feel right at home immediately.

Dan & Traci's "Hideaway" suite was great! It had everything I needed and much I appreciated (like great Peets dark roast capsules for the Keurig & delicious baked goods). The neighborhood is wonderfully quiet, allowing for a great night's rest, and within easy walking or driving distance to a range of eateries (particularly on lively College Avenue). Dan & Traci's informative instructions allowed me to find my way easily and offered everything needed for a pleasant stay. Would definitely return : )

We didn’t actually stay with Patree as awful weather prevented us from reaching her on the night reserved. However, we did speak several times by phone to let her know our situation, and she was extremely friendly and understanding. She even invited us to stop by the next day for the cookies and bread she had baked for us. She gave us a tour of her home, and we stayed for a while to chat. We would have been very happy staying there and we’re sorry to have missed the opportunity. We recommend that you don’t hesitate to book with her.

Patty is a very nice host! We enjoyed a very quiet and relaxing night in her home! Her friendly cats were a bonus:)

Emilie was amazing! Very responsive and super cute room, it was spacious and had everything I needed. Family is super sweet and helped accommodate my big truck in the driveway.

Jeremiah’s place might be the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! Such a cute place. The jacuzzi tub was amazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The outside space was also lovely. There was a dog bed and food/water bowls provided for my dog. And there were tasty snacks waiting for us when we arrived. All the stars!

As soon as we rounded the corner we were transported into the hobbit hole wonderland of our dreams. The photos can’t capture how magical this place is. Lael and his wife have an incredible attention to detail and are extremely helpful and responsive. Besides being a truly beautiful reconstruction of a hobbit hole, this place is incredibly comfortable and has just about everything you could need. I simply cannot recommend this place enough to any and all Tolkien fans! It is worth every penny and we’re already coming up with excuses to go back. Also, second breakfast is DIVINE!

I had a fantastic stay! The space was beautiful, spotless, and well-maintained, with all amenities working perfectly. The host was incredibly responsive and always available to answer any questions. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommend!

This was by far the best experience with any Bed & Breakfast that we've ever had. The hosts were gracious, friendly, and welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic. The house itself was beautiful and spacious with a stunning sunset view over the ocean. Wonderful conversations and a clean, classy, and comfortable atmosphere made this stay a special one. The hosts were unintrusive and quiet but easy to chat with and available to meet any needs that arose. This has to easily be the best place to stay in McKinleyville and maybe the northern Humboldt region in general. Their attention to detail and ability to anticipate the needs of their guests is impeccable. I can't recommend this place enough!
