We had an overnight stay at Fiona’s lovely home. Her house was well appointed and very comfortable. Had all amenities and great kitchen for us to share a meal with our group. Definitely recommend!!

Pear Tree House was a delight. Beautiful, clean, cosy accommodation - the pictures do not do it justice! Tastefully decorated and well stocked, perfect for our get together - everyone was amazed! Our hosts were communicative and super helpful and organised the rooms for lots of single sleepers. Kitchen had lots of cultlery/utensils, crockery and glasswear - often overlooked by other Air BnBs. The Coffee Maker was a hit! The Living room was cosy and using the Smart TV was a breeze. The Bedrooms were well stocked with space for clothes, additional charging cables and side tables! The showers were lovely and hot and lots of lovely extra touches were provided which really made the stay easy, homely and comfortable. Lots of additional information was left to help us, all the amenities and facilities worked brilliantly and there is plenty of parking! It is easily one of the best stays I have ever had! I would highly recommend for families, couples get aways or friends catching up.

We had a lovely stay, the house was well decorated and very clean. It looked just like the photos. Host was excellent with great communication. I would highly recommend this house it was in a great location and close to the main town. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Jill and Jonathan were both friendly and helpful. One of the must haves for us was the roaring fire and it was fantastic. There was a basket of logs ready for us when we got there and then we could buy more while we were there. The house is beautifully arranged, clean and very thoughtfully kitted out. We wanted for nothing and we thank you so much for our lovely stay.

This was my 2nd stay here and I was instantly reminded of why.... straight forward from start to finish, feeling welcome & comfortable from the moment I turned to key to step inside. The place is clean, homely & most importantly I felt safe. Comfortable beds......the bedding felt like I was sleeping on a cloud ♡ Wendy is so friendly, messages to check all is okay. It's great value for money, close by to amenities if required, has everything you could wish for and more for a comfortable stay. I'd happily stay again ☆

The place is easy to find, clean and home away from home. James is very responsive to all our queries and clear communications. 10 minutes walk to train station and there is a local Sainsbury's as well as buses nearby.

A truely beautiful home , great location . Victoria was always on hand if we needed anything . Very approachable and friendly. An early family Christmas together and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to be .

We wanted somewhere to stay as a family to celebrate a special birthday which falls on Christmas Day and this was perfect in every way. The house is really, really lovely with plenty of space to enjoy spending time together in really comfortable and well-equipped surroundings - exactly as in the photos with lots of additional, thoughtful touches not even mentioned in the description. Caroline is a fantastic communicator and her instructions and local guide are really well written so we had everything we needed to help us enjoy our stay. Any questions we did have were responded to almost instantly. Finally, Hook Norton (or Hooky as we now know it!) is a lovely, picturesque village and there are local shops and pubs within a short walk so it's ideal if you don't want to drive anywhere. We can thoroughly recommend the brewery tour and the pub quiz at the Pear Tree Inn, both a convenient stroll home after a couple of pints of Hooky!

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

Great spot to stay. Me and my two boys had a great time. The accommodation was clean and was well kitted out. The holiday park itself was undergoing a heap of improvement work while we were there, it looks like it will be a great place to stay with plenty of activities for kids. Host Donna was great, easy to deal with and very helpful. Highly recommend this place for a holiday!

Loved every bit of staying with them. Place was clean and tidy and went out of there way to help me find extra accommodation when i was in need of somewhere to stay after staying with them. Definitely recommend to everyone

We had a great stay - the house is peaceful, quiet, clean, and especially cosy with the woodburner on! Richard and Jo were excellent hosts, very friendly and accommodating, and offered great advice on places to visit nearby with our two small children. We all slept amazingly well (very unusual with a 1 and 3 year old); the beds were comfy and it was so quiet. The house is well set up for visiting with toddlers - there are toys, books, stair gates etc. and the large garden is great to let them run around in. We would absolutely return, especially in the summer to really make use of the beautiful garden.

A fantastic little place to get away for a few days. Very clean, everything you could need. Beautiful surroundings (you will need a car to get anywhere), responsive host, and a great little break for us. Would happily return.

Little Rosewood is a very cosy home from home. It was spotless when we arrived and was very well equipped for our weekend stay. The welcome pack (including a treat for the dog) was a lovely surprise. It is in a great location, a very short/easy walk into Stow-on-the-Wold which is a beautiful little town with great restaurants/pubs/shops. It was also a great base for driving further out to visit other towns too. Natasha is a great host, very responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend Natasha’s place and would come back if I visit the Cotswolds again!

Michelle was a wonderful host, upon arrival Michelle gave a great breakdown of the facilities as well as surrounding areas. Michelle was on standby if we required anything which was great peace of mind. Overall was a great escape with peaceful surroundings, we will visit again for sure.

A lovely and comfortable Airbnb with everything you would need to feel right at home! Super easy and friendly communication, was exactly what I needed!

Had a lovely 2 night stay, accommodation as described, clean and comfortable. Welcome pack (milk, butter, bread, porridge pots, fruit juice tea and coffee) much appreciated. Safe parking available. Good value for the money.

This place is absolutely gorgeous, especially with the cosy woodburner! Also such a lovely touch to leave eggs, bread, milk and delicious jam- it made us feel completely at home!
