House holiday rentals in North Scottsdale

Our family had a blast at this house! Our kids spent many hours in the heated pool! We also enjoyed the hot tub! At night we sat around the fire pit! The house was very clean and was exactly how it was described! Beds were very comfortable. Stephanie was very accommodating and responsive! We really enjoyed our time at this house.

This was by far one of the most phenomenal places I’ve ever stayed. From the privacy surrounding the property, to the decor, to the amenities- this place is top notch. It was the absolute perfect amount of space for our group of 7 & the mother in law quarters in the backyard was just as phenomenal. The homeowners provided plenty of towels, beach towels, toilet paper, etc. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

It was our first time in the area and we spent spring break here. We hand the most relaxing time in this beautiful home. Everything was as described and even the neighbors were so friendly!

I have to say, Alyssa and Claire were amazing hosts. The place was great, spacious, like the app says, and clean. The pool was very inviting, and it came with all the floaty toys necessary for an enjoyable experience. The part that made our stay the best though was that Alyssa and Claire communicated exceptionally well with us. We had a flight faux pas at the beginning and they were helpful in making it work for all of us, they also helped accommodate us at the end of the trip as well. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling with friends or family. It’s well worth the money, and then some. We will stay here again

Luke was such a great host, he was very prompt with his responses and made sure we all felt right at home. The property was absolutely amazing and looked even better than the photos, and the location and surrounding neighborhood was just the right amount of secluded yet we did not feel alone. We all came to relax and this was the perfect place to do that. The hot tub and heated pool were so awesome, as well as the rest of the outdoor space. Luke really made such good use of every inch of the property. All of the bathrooms were fully stocked with toiletries; I really liked that he had a blow dryer and a curling iron for the girls. The kitchen had everything we could have needed to cook or grill outside and the multiple outdoor eating areas were great. It was also very very clean inside and out! I can’t say enough good things about our stay here and our host Luke. All in all it was such an amazing trip and a very hard place to leave. We very much look forward to returning next year.

We could have come with nothing but our clothes and medications. She had everything else! So many details considered! Ashley went upbove and beyond with constant communication. We had asked if ther was a cooler we could use. We planned to buy one, but she had one waiting for us when we got there. She had snacks and treats set out for us on the counter and seasonings and oils in the cupboards, and condiments and drinks in the fridge! Toiletries were stocked! when we were done swimming in the heated pool and hot tub, there was still a closet full of games to play. We were never bored! beds and couch were so compfy, and she had many many towels! Big washer and dryer to use. location was perfect and quiet. she also had many things sticked for babies. We didn't need that, but I noticed it was set up for small children as well. We felt so spoiled! we will definitely come back!

The house is beautiful and pictures do not do it justice. Our group had a wonderful time here while visiting over spring break. The beds were comfy, the house was clean and had everything we needed. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was fully equipped. The pool and hot tub were amazing and a great space to relax. Truly an oasis. You do have to pay extra for the hot tub to be heated. Ermelina was great to work with and quickly resolved a couple of minor issues during our stay. We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s and this is definitely in our top 3!

This place was perfect for our family and friends. The house was clean and accommodating. The hosts were very responsive and friendly.

What a BEAUTIFUL home! Jenn was such an amazing host, and the home is exactly as described and also in the perfect location with shopping, grocery stores and coffee shops etc. very nearby. The bedrooms are very cozy (extremely comfortable mattresses) and we loved our stay. We would definitely re-book during our next trip to Scottsdale— thank you so much!

This was a great find for our family on spring break. Spacious enough for our family of 4 and the backyard was a hit! The home office space was very helpful, beds were extremely comfortable, delicious citrus trees in the yard - we truly enjoyed every part of our stay and would recommend it to anyone!

Great host and great home and community, very peaceful community and beautiful surroundings, I would move into this home if I could lol the host was nice and should great hospitality, the home was very clean and organized and had snacks and drinks for the guests, overall great place to stay if you are visiting AZ for any reason…. I will definitely be back

We had a wonderful stay with Ryan. He responded to questions right away and is very friendly. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels and linens. We met some nice neighbors in the neighborhood. I can’t say anything negative about our host or our accommodation. We will definitely be booking with Ryan again.

Place is fantastic. Close to everything Scottsdale has to offer without being in the center of the hustle and bustle. Home is super clean, pool and hot tub were perfect. We swam every day. The home is well stocked (one caveat there is no seasonings so if you plan on cooking throw some in a bag for yourself). Great value and Cathy is super responsive/helpful. We’ll definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. Everything was clean and ready for us....even early, so we could check in early. The location was great and easy access to everything. The house was lovely and spacious. The backyard was a wonderful oasis to relax in. Neighbours were friendly and kind and the neighbourhood was great to walk in. When we arrived the dishwasher wasn't working and Lisa took care of it immediately, having a new dishwasher installed within days. Lisa was incredibly responsive to any of our inquiries within the same day. The support staff for the house, gardeners, pool maintenance and general maintenance were very good. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything.

Everything about ShLee's home was great! it worked very well for our family of 5 with 2 kids 2 and under! The location was perfect with lots to do close by. ShLee was very communicative and responded very quickly any time I had a question! The home was clean and as described! It had everything you could possibly need. We loved the pool as well! We would highly recommend staying here!

Our family had a wonderful time at their place. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Adults enjoyed barbeque, and having cocktails outside. Great location. Hope to stay there next year with family

Communicative and friendly hosts! The house had plenty of notes throughout for quick understanding and use of various functions. Check out instructions were easy. We enjoyed the place so much we were happy to miss about half of the music festival we came to see. Thanks Calin

Marks home was a wonderful oasis. Our family loved being in a great area with a wonderful backyard and pool. The pool was a great depth for my younger children to play an enjoy. The inside of the home was spacious and inviting with a wonderful kitchen. All appliances and amenities were top notch.

My friends and I booked this place for my bachelorette. We had such an amazing stay. The place is even better in person. Stunning backyard. Melissa was so kind and very responsive. I would totally stay there again. It also seems like a great place for families to stay.

The place was great for a group of 13 people. The cleaning lady was finishing up cleaning when we got there, which worked out for us because she was very friendly and showed us where everything was. The barracks (room with 5 sets of bunk beds) is very fun for the right group. Pool outdoor area was great, not huge or over the top, but solid and we hung out as 13 people back there with plenty of space. Overall it was great, clean, had plenty of beds, and hosts are very communicative. Good assortment of random leftover pool toys from past groups, we added a few more as well. No issues with neighbors at all, but we were pretty respectful. Main feedback ideas that would have added a lot of value for us (and I assume other big groups:) a TV outdoors, and pool basketball.
