Holiday rentals with a home theatre in North Scottsdale

The property and amenities (pool / hot tub), gym, and location were top notch! Close to great shopping, restaurants, and all the events going on. Hiking was really close (Pinnacle Peak). The condo was clean, very comfortable, quiet, and a great location within the property. The host was super responsive and everything was as described. All in all this was a great experience!

Excellent deal for a nice, secluded recluse in Phoenix. Very close driving distance to many places. The space was quiet, clean and comfortable.

Alexia’s place is the perfect place to stay especially if you need to be by the airport. Her check in instructions were extremely clear and the place was great. We enjoyed the short time we were there and will certainly come back again.

This property is just what I needed for my work trip. The condo is nicely appointed and very comfortable. It was very easy to find and het into. The gym is really nice and it had other really nice amenities like pool tables, tennis, and Pickleball that I wasn’t able to try but very well appointed. Really enjoyed my stay!

We recently stayed at Josh and Robyn's place with a large group for a soccer tournament at the Arizona Athletic Grounds. The house was just as advertised it was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed all the amenities from the pool, hot tub, outside games, grille and the movie room and loved walking thru the neighborhoods by the lake. We cooked nearly all our meals at the house and found everything we needed. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions we had and the welcome book was a nice addition and gave us even more information on local attractions and restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to stay their again if we come back to the Phoenix area. It was a five star experience all the way around!

James’s home is incredible! The pictures do not do it justice. I booked the home for a 50th birthday party. The pool and spa are perfect. Kitchen is enormous - we had a private chef cook for us in it one night. Beds are comfortable. Tons of space for everyone! Nine minute walk to restaurants and bars. Super quiet/safe neighborhood. Twenty minute drive from the airport. James was very quick to respond to all my questions. Excellent communication!

Amazing house, truly a modern mansion!! Super cool layout inside and out. Amazing kitchen and easy to use outdoor grill. We watched a football outside by the pool on a thanksgiving day with the entire family. Great place for family get together. Centrally located close to Camelback Mtn, restaurants, shopping and Old Town Can’t say enough good things about the house and our experience there !!

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house was spacious and had many different areas to relax or play. Our daugher loved the secret movie room and still asking to go back. Easy to get to anything in the Phoenix area and easy for DoorDash or delivery. We definitely hope to come back!

Great stay! Clean home and lots of activities to do. Was close to everything! My family of 6 had a great time. Though the pool wasn’t heated it was perfect for a cold plunge after soccer for my daughter then the hot tub to recover 😊 Host made everything easy to find, extra towels and blankets plus answered, the very few questions we had quickly!!

I had a great stay at this location and would book this property with Tina again. My one tip for future patrons is to be thorough when reading the instructions (look at all the photos) on how to check in. All the information you need is there but it is a little hidden. We arrived at midnight and had trouble checking in as there isn't a security guard at that hour. We eventually found the instructions needed to check in. The rest of the stay was great.

Our stay was relaxing and just what we needed. Loved sitting outside and our daily walks. We would stay again.

We have stayed at a number of Airbnb's in Scottsdale in the past, but this was the best one ever! It was very clean, very well-stocked with everything we needed, and was spacious and lovely. So nice to have a full kitchen, dishwasher, laundry room, and two TV's with lots of viewing options. The bathrooms had been recently updated and we loved the walk-in showers with non-slip shower floors in both. The loft bedroom with spiral staircase was a big hit with our two granddaughters for an overnight visit. (And they enjoyed playing several of the games provided too. ) The location on second floor provided privacy and a very quiet stay. And it was close to our son's home as well as grocery stores and other shopping. Thanks to our hosts for providing us a lovely place to stay while visiting Scottsdale! We hope to return on future trips.

Greatly appreciated the small touches: welcome snacks and water, at work/desk area: pad of paper with pen, computer monitor (a great unexpected bonus!), Brad was extremely accommodating in provide needed kitchen supplies and recommended a wonderful local Uber driver. Very quiet condo, which was wonderful.

We had a great stay with Darcy! The rental unit is so clean and bright, we enjoyed staying at the condo complex. Darcy was very responsive and so helpful to make our stay easy and flexible. The unit had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms.

It was very comfortable. The bed was great! Every time I needed help I was so impressed at how quickly and cheerfully I was helped.

Great spot, nice balcony - while we did not use the pool or hot tub on site, there were plenty of people who were using it. Very walkable and comfortable.
