DC Upscale Condo I had an incredible stay at this upscale condo in North Scottsdale! The location is absolutely perfect—just a couple of minutes from Barrett-Jackson, the Phoenix Open and minutes from beautiful desert hiking trails, and to an indoor pickleball facility. With plenty of local restaurants and events nearby, everything you need is right at your fingertips. The condo itself is stylishly updated and has all the convenient amenities you could ask for. Being on the first floor made it super accessible, and the peaceful patio and bedroom views of the desert landscaping created such a relaxing atmosphere. The host was fantastic—communicative, friendly, and available anytime I had a question. This was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-situated stay in Scottsdale

I be loved this place! It’s very secure and safe from the outside world. The landscaping is Frank Lloyd Wright style and just amazing. The high end finishes in the unit make you feel like a movie star! I would recommend this place to anyone, it’s beautiful!

We stayed here for the fiesta bowl and the place was great. Close to stores and about 30 minutes from the State Farm stadium. Very friendly and very communicative. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is very well furnished and equipped. Furniture and spaces were very comfortable. Host was very responsive and moved quickly to resolve a problem with the coffee-maker not working -- a new one was delivered the morning after we reported the issue. The community was quiet and safe and we enjoyed the nearby hot tub.

Exactly as advertised. The place was spacious, very clean, and classy with fun features. I took advantage of the gym at the facility which had more equipment than a typical hotel gym, and was in excellent condition. I'm looking forward to my next stay here.

This place is excellent! Very close to the airport and downtown. Fantastic floor plan that’s fully equipped. Love the glass to cleaning windows in the living area and kitchen with massive island. Will definitely be staying here again when in PHX

My family and I flew in from Seattle for my son’s ASU graduation and this home was perfect for 8 of us (4 adults, 4 kids). The home is chic yet cozy, the layout is well done, the house is exceptionally clean and the backyard was a hit! The kitchen has everything you need and the bedrooms have the most comfortable beds ever! Josh was very responsive, friendly and I could tell he wanted us to enjoy our stay. If you’re browsing this home…book it. You’ll love it just like we did!

Took the family to AZ for Christmas and the house was perfect! Wife, kids, grandma and grandpa, aunt, uncle and the house was perfect for the holiday. Very spacious, the kitchen was equipped with everything you’d need to serve a large group. The pool was warm, the game room was a perfect getaway for a movie night.

Brandi’s place is fantastic! Great location and a beautiful place to stay. She is very quick on her communication and was helpful with suggestions for the area. The home has every amenity you could need and the most peaceful and quiet backyard. I highly recommend this place.

You can see by all the thoughtful amenities and features in this home that the hosts are wonderful people. From the pool, to the kitchen, to the game room, the place was set up for fun and relaxation. Also, the backyard looks out on the beautiful dessert which makes a serine backdrop from which to enjoy morning coffee or tea. Will definitely return.

The house was great and we really loved our stay there. It is well equiped and have everything you may need in the kitchen and bathrooms and small decorations that make you feel at home. There are big TVs in every room, nice board games in the living room, and even a guide with lots of information on the hikes and restaurants in the area.The back yard is big and comfortable. The neighborhood is pleasant and Scottsdale center is amazing. Richard was highly responsive and helpful. We highly recommend staying in his house.

Very conveniently located for most things we did with our kids while in Phoenix - Botanical Garden, Zoo, Scottsdale, Heard Museum, etc. Our kids loved the game room activities, “hidden” theatre room, and the bunk room with full sized beds. Would stay again!

Mr Eddie is a very kind person,and helped whatever best way he can even , and many cases went out of his way to assist me like he drove me quite a few times to super market in extreme heat in Phoenix,which is very kind of him , i felt sick when i arrived in Phoenix due to extreme heat, he took me to certain pharmacy as i take certain health diets etc ,the place is very centralized and a condominium, and well connected with public transport,uber or lyft also.Please will be happy to return if i am next time in Phoenix.

I love, love, love Tina's Place. It's quiet and in a great location—literally a one-minute walk to Biltmore Fashion Mall. Tina was always responsive to my messages. I had a situation that Tina was able to resolve immediately, for which I was grateful. If her place is available again, I would definitely stay there again.

this condo was as advertised... great location... great condo... the balcony over looking the lake was amazing... very peaceful... very serene... sitting outside watching the ducks and geese playing in the water helps relieve the stress that you might have... the was well equipped... Curtis is a great host... I requested an early check in and he was able to accommodate me... I know that may not always be the case but I was very grateful that it worked out on my trip... when I am in the area again I would definitely look to rebook this property... lots of near by restaurants and shopping...and close by other entertainment venues... the past reviews are all accurate

We have stayed at a number of Airbnb's in Scottsdale in the past, but this was the best one ever! It was very clean, very well-stocked with everything we needed, and was spacious and lovely. So nice to have a full kitchen, dishwasher, laundry room, and two TV's with lots of viewing options. The bathrooms had been recently updated and we loved the walk-in showers with non-slip shower floors in both. The loft bedroom with spiral staircase was a big hit with our two granddaughters for an overnight visit. (And they enjoyed playing several of the games provided too. ) The location on second floor provided privacy and a very quiet stay. And it was close to our son's home as well as grocery stores and other shopping. Thanks to our hosts for providing us a lovely place to stay while visiting Scottsdale! We hope to return on future trips.

Had a great stay and hope to stay again. The townhome was exceptionally clean, well equipped and the garage parking is a real plus. Easy walk to the restaurants and shopping.
