Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in North Port

We had a great stay. The home was spotless, quiet and well stocked. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house but was nice to come home to a quiet place after full days of fun. It was a perfect location for where we wanted to explore. The nearby beaches had lots of shells if you like shell seeking and a popular place for finding shark teeth.

The house was very nice and clean. Joe was extremely responsive to any communication. Minor issues with the electronic lock but it was handled quickly. Make sure to bring your own water / coffee etc. That was one thing that would have been nice but certainly not a problem. We did not cook on our short trip but it looked like the necessary items were there. Overall, great experience, and the hosts are super nice and accommodating.

Delsy's house had the charm of an older Florida home with enough updates to make it comfortable. Delsy herself is a delight. Friendly and always reachable. We never had any issues but did talk with her both in person and by phone. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already booked time for next year! We enjoyed both cool weather and weather warm enough to be in the pool or sitting on the screened patio reading and relaxing. This was our first time doing an extended stay and we feel were very lucky finding Delsy for this adventure!

Really enjoyed our time in Florida and especially our accommodations! Everything about our stay was better than our expectations. Clean and comfortable with nice screened porch for relaxing after a long day of spring training (mlb baseball). Everything was well stocked and in very good condition. Will definitely consider staying here again!

we were going to rent near Naples but decided to stay closer to airport since we arrived very late and didn't want another hr drive also our return flight was very early. we are so glad we chose Toms place. perfect place for getting around,close to restaurants. stores and within 40 minute drive of several places we wanted to see. Venice Beach, Boca Grand to name a few. wish we had stayed longer, Tom's place is super comfortable, all the furniture inside and out, and the beds! The pics really don't do it justice, it is so much better! not an uncomfortable spot on the property. Pool felt great to relax in and the hot tub is ready anytime, plenty of outside chairs which were comfortable as well. we don't have 1 single complaint except we should have planned to stay longer. I have to add there were plenty of linens and the kitchen was equipped better than any we have stayed it!

Beautiful and spacious with a nice pool and a huge backyard. Close to beaches and very easy to all the day trips you want to take in sw fl. Megan responded quickly to all questions

We had moved from out of state and needed a place to stay for a few weeks while we waited to close on the purchase of our house . The house was a perfect size for us. My husband had no problems with WiFi as he needed to work . The house met all our expectations, we enjoyed having our meals on the lanai at night and using the pool in the evening and watching the sunset while in the pool . It was brutally hot while we were there so most of our time was spent indoors. Everything was clean and comfortable . This is a silly aside but the ice maker was the bomb ! Always producing ice which we used alot of because it was so hot . The washer and dryer worked amazing as well . Charles was quick to respond to questions . We enjoyed getting to know the area and frequenting the nearby restaurants and enjoyed a sunset at Port Charlotte Beach Park . Nice stay all around .

Marti’s place was wonderful, perfect for my husband & I on our last trip before we welcome our first baby. The close proximity to the beach is very ideal. Unfortunately we were dealt very poor weather but Marti’s cozy studio was the perfect place to relax. We would love to come back another time to be able to enjoy the beach & pool! Marti was an extremely kind & responsive, we would definitely stay at one of her properties again!

We had a great stay! Nice views of the bay and a close drive to the beach. Would stay here again!

The Oz courtyard was awesome! The private backyard was what I was most interested in, and it was perfect. The dinner table and hammock were great to hangout and catch a tan if we didn’t want to go to the beach. It was a very romantic place for my girlfriend and I to get away for a couple days. The place is even more funky and unique than the photos. The vibes are just too good to pass up. The restaurants nearby are awesome and is not too far of a drive to Venice for a farmers market and antique shop. Te was a great host and immediately answered any questions we had. Our neighbors in the other connecting units were very nice. Definitely recommend, definitely will return.

What a little Gem tucked away so close to all the fun. Beautifully remodeled and spacious. Screened in front porch with privacy from everything.

This studio apartment was perfect for our needs. Very clean, comfortable, and a great place to come back to relax after an active day. It is close to beaches and trails (enjoyed our daily walks), restaurants, and most important to Venice where our grandkids live! Christina and Don are terrific hosts and we look forward to staying here again when we visit.

Dez was a great host. He bent over backwards to make us very comfortable.

Mike and Karen were amazing hosts and extremely hospitable:) my only wish was that my dad and I could have stayed longer. 100 percent plan on returning next year for some more fishing. 6 stars

Apartment was perfect in everyway. Ĺocation, clean, many amenities, and well stocked. Deb and Tom were excellent hosts. Very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We had the best staycation at Chadwick Cove Marina! There are so many restaurants within walking distance. We made the trip by boat and never even wished we had a car. It was easy to park our 26’ boat and even better that we could see it from the room. The condo was clean and completely remodeled. We had everything we needed! Can’t wait to come back!

The location has a perfect beachfront view to enjoy coffee outside in the morning. The area was still recovering from the hurricane but walking on the beach was still enjoyable. All of the amenities and items available for use in the condo left very little to be needed.

The pictures do NOT do this condo justice. It is beautiful and uncluttered and so tasteful. I was so comfortable . The complex is gated and quite nice and level and very easy access to different areas. Our family myself, husband , 22 year old son and 19 year old daughter had plenty of space and areas to move around . Condo was well stocked and Rachel even supplied extras like coffee pods and many misc. other items that most places don’t provide. Will rent this condo in a heartbeat again.

Location was great, loved watching the sunset over the ocean and kayaks & boats on the canal. I don’t recommend for anyone with knee or back issues as the steps to the condo are very treacherous! Especially the inside steps up to the condo. Even though the pool was not working and gate issues Suzanne notified us and kept us up to date on the repairs and offered to comp us on dinner.

The condominium was very nice and the location was great! Pool, beach, boat dock and restaurants all accessible and easy to get to. Place was very clean and peaceful at night. Teens had fun using local trolley to get around key, shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Michael was a great host!

Great location! Literally steps away to the beach. Very clean with everything you need for your stay. Loved the option for using the pool located just across the street, for those windy days at the beach. Second time, different unit, staying at one of Randy’s places…Hope to be back again!

If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood with a peaceful relaxed vibe and a gorgeous pool, this is it. The condo was spotless, the kitchen well-stocked, plenty of towels and paper products, and very friendly neighbours! The view of the water sunrises and sunsets made every day gorgeous. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

We loved our stay. Less than 10 minutes from the beach. The kids found all kinds of shells and sharks teeth. Lots of restaurants close to the property. Kids loved the pool on property. We have 6 in our family and and had plant of room for everybody. We would definitely stay at the property again.
