Holiday rentals with beach access in North Port

We had a wonderful stay. The house was so clean, stylish, and super comfortable with everything we needed and more. Amazing location in Venice, we would definitely stay again when we are in the area!

This place is a gem! Marti is very responsive and helpful. It was a great getaway and being able to walk to the bay or the beach in literally less than 5 minutes was incredible. Marti supplies so many things which I found super considerate. The pool was my favorite part too!

Great location and walking distance to the beach. Pool was perfect, clean and quiet in a very nice neighborhood. Our room had everything we needed for the 6 days we were there with perfect beach/pool weather. I would stay at Peter's place again without hesitation.

The accommodations suited our needs. No problems with anything. The tv was even easy to use!

This place was pretty great. Unfortunately, we werent able to use the hot tub, but the pool was wonderful. Having AC in each bedroom was a huge positive for us cold weather Wisconsinites. The kitchen is small, but functional. Overall, great stay

This is the most unique airbnb that I have stayed at! Such a cool spot in walking distance of the center of englewood town that has a bunch of cool local restaurants and shops. Especially loved the garden area with lots a cool lights, sitting spots, hot tub and firepit setup with wood ready to burn. The unit also had such wonderful little touches such as free bikes, bottled water, coffee, etc. Te is a wonderful host.

I guess the best compliment or recommendation is that we have indeed stayed at the Flats many times before......and hope to again in the near future! Not extravagant, no water views, not overly large, but a stellar location, well appointed, and hosts who seem to genuinely care!

David and Natalie were awesome, loved their place, updated, comfortable and very clean. The area has much less traffic then Sarasota and Tampa so driving the area was much less stressful. Highly recommend and looking forward to staying with David and Natalie again. Cheers Chris and Susan

The place was beautiful, it’s clear that the host has made an effort to make your stay very comfortable. The Home had everything we needed for our stay. The area was beautiful and the beach was very close. I would definitely stay again.

Hands down the most responsive hosts - ever! Really great location to the beach, sad to see so much damage still there, everyone is working hard to get things back to normal but it will take time. House was perfect to 6 adults, could have used a comfy chair or two in the living room. Loved that everything was walkable. They did a great job making this a really nice stay with lots of extras for a great beach day and extra activities.

Very comfortable home. Stay was a month and everything was just great with Christopher immediate response, on anything.. we established a great rapport. The home is situated in a nice neighborhood. I got to know a lot of neighbors around. I actually spent Thanksgiving with a few folks that also invited to Christmas eve celebration with folks from multiple houses just a great community. A great home. Christopher is a host perfect.

Kristy’s home was wonderful. It was immaculate and spacious. It almost felt like everything was new. The backyard and lanai were a bonus. The area was great with restaurants and stores only minutes away beaches were close by. We stayed for 10 days in comfort. Thanks Kristy.

Dear Jeff Thanks for hosting us. Even though the hurrican helene hit this area so hard, you made us feel safe and at home! We enjoyed the lonely beach walks and collecting sea shells. The neighbourhood is extremely friendly. Especially Matt and Peppy. They were always there for a nice chat or a helping hand (our car ran out of battery). We enjoyed every second of our stay! 10/10 ✨✨ Absolutely recommend this home and host. Response times are very quick and Alesya is very warm and accommodating. I had a late checkin and she was very responsive. Very safe area!!!! The home is even more beautiful in person with high end furniture and decor (no dime store junk here). Kitchen fully stocked, even some non-perishable food items for hungry folks & families who may arrive sleepy after long travels/flights. The coffee was really delicious and good quality. Very clean and top notch appliances. Again, the neighborhood is very very safe, good for people with children. The yard is very spacious and has privacy shrubbery on both sides and the waterfront canal is beautiful 😍 it even comes equipped with a kayak on the dock. I absolutely recommend Alesya and her properties for a true southwest Florida gulf coast location in close proximity to beaches with your own personal sanctuary in the yard. 🌞

Attila was a great host, we asked for a bbq grill and he provided for us when we arrived. We loved the location of the house, walking distance to a beautiful beach, everything was just perfect!! Truely recomend and hopefully we can come back some day soon.

My sister and I stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The beach was just steps away, and the pool was conveniently located across the road. The condo provided everything we needed for the beach. It was very nice, although the door lock and code could benefit from improved security. Additionally, the ice maker was not clean and had a slimy residue inside. It may need cleaning after each check out other than that it was a great place to stay and would stay again Thanks Debbie & Katie

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

Laura’s condo was perfect for our stay. Great location to beach and downtown. Nice neighborhood. The unit was extremely clean and well appointed.

The condominium was very nice and the location was great! Pool, beach, boat dock and restaurants all accessible and easy to get to. Place was very clean and peaceful at night. Teens had fun using local trolley to get around key, shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Michael was a great host!

This was our first time staying at Jim's place, though it's our second visit to this lovely condo. Jim's home truly feels like a slice of paradise. The apartment is cozy and perfectly suited for our small family. The sunrises from the back and the sunsets on the beach are simply breathtaking. The heated pool is a fantastic amenity, and Jim generously provides plenty of beach and pool gear, making our stay even more enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness in the chat were greatly appreciated, always making us feel welcome and cared for. Jim's hospitality and the serene beauty of the location make this a perfect getaway spot. We can't wait to return and create even more wonderful memories here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and picturesque retreat!

We loved our stay. Less than 10 minutes from the beach. The kids found all kinds of shells and sharks teeth. Lots of restaurants close to the property. Kids loved the pool on property. We have 6 in our family and and had plant of room for everybody. We would definitely stay at the property again.
