Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in North Goa

We loved the stay at Anupama’s place. It is walkable to many stores and restaurants and only 1km to benaulim beach. Pro: - Responsive and friendly host. She was kind to leave us fruits, cookies and Christmas cakes - Safe and neat gated society with pool - Good internet and functional kitchen with all basic amenities for a short stay - Attached terrace is great for morning tea and evening drinks Cons: - Second floor without elevator (though host helped us with luggage) - Car Parking is outside the gate though in front of building. Finding a spot could be tricky sometimes - Mattress is bouncy so not comfortable for good sleep - Felt highly overpriced at Christmas-New year rates

Great place, especially if you have your own vehicle. The society and property was clean with good amenities, and Sandeep and Muskan communicated well throughout. Great value for the price! Highly recommend.

We stayed here for 4 days and we had a toddler with us. The apartment just felt like second home, as it had all the amenities and everything had its own place which makes it a zero clutter place to stay. My daughter just felt so comfortable staying here. A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

My stay at the hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and made checkout smooth and easy. The complimentary 1-hour late checkout was a great touch, It gave me time to relax and pack without feeling rushed. Everything from the clean room and great amenities to the helpful concierge and prompt service was top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Absolutely loved staying at this beautiful condo! From start to finish, we felt more than comfortable. It had everything we needed, and MORE. We were welcomed in-person, given clear instructions, and were always able to communicate with our hostess. The location is perfect to get around North Goa, and the neighbourhood was safe and quiet. Just a short walk and we saw the best sunset in North Goa. We would absolutely stay at this beautiful condo again! Thank you for everything!

I had an amazing stay at Sharmila’s Airbnb in Arpora, Goa. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by her exceptional hospitality and the beautifully maintained property. The house is spacious, well-decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The lush surroundings and serene atmosphere added to the charm. The daily housekeeping service, supervised by a friendly and professional team, was outstanding. They kept the place spotless, always respectful of my schedule and attentive to any requests. Sharmila went above and beyond as a host. She was always available to answer questions and provided great recommendations for local attractions and dining spots. Her personal touches and thoughtful gestures made me feel truly at home. The location is perfect, offering easy access to nearby beaches, markets, and restaurants while remaining peaceful and private. My best experience in a Airbnb. It felt just like home . What stood out the most were the hosts. Ravi and Priya went out of the way to do things for us . I was travelling with my 64year old father and they readily accomodate a free early check-in for my dad . The house was so amazing that for the first time i felt like staying indoors and not to go out anywhere in Goa. The hosts made sure the house has everything a person would need during a stay , especially their fully loaded pantry in the kitchen . I really wanted to cook during a vacation just by seeing the kitchen, it was so comfortable for me to make meals for my dad and ourselves. By the end of the trip my dad and husband told they feel like they are at home and don't feel like going back. Ravi and Priya are great people, we lost track of time talking to them. I'm surely marking this place as my forever go to option in Goa. Thank you Ravi and Priya for making it a comfortable and amazing stay for us.

Charles was an amazing host who had the perfect team to co ordinate our arrival and things we need at the villa . Bishnu the house keeper was super friendly and most loving to host us and keep us well fed. The entire villa was sooooo beautiful, serene and very clean . The old Portuguese villa had amazing 4 bedrooms that was well equipped with all amenities . The pool and the sit out was the highlight of the stay I wish we could have stayed longer . But for sure we ll come back as a bigger group to chill in the house .

Loved our stay at Nalin's. Nalin and his staff are super helpful, respectful and knowledgeable about the area. Every recommendation by Nalin turned out to be spectacular, I highly suggest a chat with him if you're new to the area. About the house: it's exactly how it was in the pictures, very airy, in a extremely well kept gated society, with clean bedrooms, bathrooms and linen. I highly suggest Nalin's property to stay. Our stay was made even better with local produce and beverages from Nalin.

This is one of the best villas I've stayed in. The location is a bit difficult to find as the map location is incorrect, but the you get awed after reaching here. The Mapusa river provides a picturesque background. The villa is pristine with a top notch interior. All the rooms are aesthetically decorated. There are 2 care takers who were polite and attentive. The food quality was good. A suggestion for cook to prepare just enough food to avoid wastage. The V are family team was proactive in all the communication to make it a smooth experience. Very much appreciated. It was a wonderful experience and would love to recommend for people who want to rest away from the Goa hustle.

Felt right at home and indeed , waking up to bird song and a sweet breeze,surrounded by forest valley, while only 5 mins drive to the beaches, pure bliss. Sunlight seeping through the foliage, sitting on the terrace, having breakfast/lunch/dinner/coffee. Such a calm place/space, good mood lighting at night and fans/AC keep you cool when need more than the air flow from the open (mosquito net protected) windows. Even a little staircase to the roof to get a 360 feel of nature around you if you want. Couple other houses in the neighbourhood, hardly ever noticed anyone. Well stacked kitchen, coffee percolator, all utensils and water filter machine, as well as regular cleaning service included, big up Usha , Shanti and co, very kind and welcoming. These guys are great hosts setting a great standard/price, definitely recommend. Best if you have your own transport, which I'm pretty sure they can help you with as well. 100% loved ,from start to finnish. Best place!

Had an amazing short stay at this place and it felt home . All facilities are provided nothing to worry about . Meenu and team was super responsive and shared all the useful contacts which made me super comfortable . Will suggest to book this place without any second doubt 🙌

It’s just around 200 meters from the beach, making it perfect for those who love to enjoy morning walks by the sea or relaxing sunsets. Plus, Colva Beach, one of the most popular and beautiful beaches in the area, is just 600 meters Allister is a best Host and also Owner of flat Sanjiv Gomes called and asked for help. property is very good. Located in proper residential area. All amenities are there. But very far from the beaches. If you are coming Goa for beaches then the property is not for you

Maddy, supported ably by Soni who did housekeeping three times a week, was always very responsive and helped us quickly with any difficulties or minor problems that we had. His recommendations for taxi services from Wilson and Viju meant that arranging transfers and trips was successful. The apartment is very good, well equipped and generously proportioned. The wifi, ceiling fans, hot water and air conditioning are all very efficient and we found we had all the necessary for preparing food and cooking food. We used the efficient ingredients delivery service a few times and the produce was high quality. Using a foreign card proved impossible but they took cash on delivery. One of the traditional local artisan bakeries called into the apartment complex and sold delicious fresh bread and samosas daily. I also used the swimming pool most mornings at 9. There was a slow build up of green in the water but this was treated regularly by chlorination involving closing it for the day.
