It was a perfect stay, the lake view is very nice for a getaway and better to come in the summer

We stayed here in April and despite the cold weather, we enjoyed our stay and were warm thanks to heaters in every room and thick blankets. This is a nice place to stay if you have a car and are looking to relax in a bit more remote location. The host was super friendly and kind, and he would've ordered from a local restaurant for us if we needed it.

We loved our stay, the house is truly unique - especially the location by the lake and the views. There was a lot of flies in the evening and morning, so we had to be inside, but the fireplace made it really cosy. We haven’t met Mariam, but we met her father, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, maybe next time!

Enjoyed our stay at our Airbnb on Sevan Lake!The location here is perfect, with a beautiful view of the lake by pushing the windows open, fresh air and a very quiet environment, ideal for relaxation.The room is clean and tidy, warmly arranged and fully equipped, making people feel like home away from home. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, quick to respond and gave lots of local suggestions for things to do and eat, which made our itinerary even more enriched.Living here can not only enjoy the beauty of nature, but also experience the culture and atmosphere of the local area. Highly recommend this place to any friends looking for a getaway in Sevan Lake, this is definitely the perfect place to stay!Looking forward to coming back!
