Holiday rentals with beach access in Noosa Shire

We had an amazing stay at this 2-bedroom apartment. It was perfect – spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The standout feature, though, was the unbeatable location – just steps from the beach and Hastings Street! Zinc made the whole process smooth and easy, and we'd happily book with them again. Highly recommend this spot, and we’ll definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Paula and Kevin’s Airbnb, and it was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely at home. The property itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. What truly set this experience apart, though, was Paula and Kevin’s exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Whether it was local recommendations or just a friendly chat, they were always available and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. The accommodation was extremely clean, beautifully decorated with such an amazing view! We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and felt right at home. The complex was clean & the pool areas were a favourite. Walking distance to shops/eateries was a bonus - such a great location! Our host was very generous & friendly - Thanks for having us....we loved it! (We will miss the view! 😍)

Andrew’s place was perfect for our last minute couple of nights. The unit was well equipped and was comfortable for our family. Andrew was a great host, with great communication, including some great local recommendations. Will definitely be back in the future.

We had a wonderful holiday in Noosa last week. Thank you Erica the property was immaculate and your communication made everything very easy and would highly recommend staying here. The location and accommodation was perfect for our family. Lots of options, beach, pool, shops and restaurants! I loved being able to walk everywhere and not use the car. An easy walk either down to Hastings St or the other direction to Noosa heads. Our son happily walked to the beach each day to surf for hours and we would all return from the beach to have a dip in the pool and relax there for the afternoon. We did plan to cook a couple nights as the kitchen was well equipped, but the restaurants nearby at Noosa heads and Hastings Street were to good to not to try, with so many great options. We have always loved Noosa and have not had a holiday up this way for about 10 years. It did not disappoint and would love to come back and stay here again next year, but definitely for longer!

We had a great week in Karen’s unit. It was perfect for our family of four. Great location for the beach, cafes and surf club. We enjoyed the pool, and the room was modern, clean and had everything we needed for the week. Would love to stay again in the future.

Stayed at Nathalie’s place for a wedding at the surf club which was about a 5 minute walk Accommodation was comfortable and spacious and the balcony was awesome Watched a couple of whales breaching from the comfort of the balcony Parking was secure but a bit tight for large SUV but manageable Nathalie was Communicative and helpful Thank you Would stay again

My family and I had a fabulous time at Summer salt in Sunshine! It was the perfect place to accommodate our large group. My family of five (3 children under 6) stayed in the main house which was perfectly set up for us. My mother visiting from Canada and my husband’s mother and partner each had their own private dwellings on the lower half of the property which was perfect in allowing for their privacy and separation during our 9 nights stay. The pool was fabulous especially for small children as it had a soft landing and perimeter and wasn’t too deep. The location was great and only 10 minutes walk to the little sunshine village as well as a path directly down to sunshine beach. Penny was a great host and extremely responsive and welcoming. She even offered us a late check out without request! Would highly recommend Summer Salt if you’re visiting Noosa and travelling with a two or more families! Thanks again Penny x

We had such a great stay here. The house is huge and so beautifully decorated. The kitchen held everything we needed. We loved the location, it’s just a couple of minutes away from the beach, boutique shopping and dining precinct yet totally quiet. Ruby was an amazing host. We were greeted with a very generous welcome treat platter and she also organised a late checkout for us as we had arrived so late on our first day. Would 100% go back. Absolutely amazing!

Lisa’s home was beautiful and fit our family’s needs really well. We had such a beautiful tiksin our trip. Super close to NoosaJunction and walking distance to the beach. Great local coffee nearby. Everything was perfect. Pool was a little deeper than expected so was a little harder for the children, but we managed with pool floaters etc. would definitely stay again, Lisa was very helpful and accomodating ! 🤍

We found the houses great for 14 people to stay . With torrential rain on one of our days we did find the living room a bit cramped but when sun was out we had lots of space in and out . The kids loved the pool. The yard was suitable to play some games as well. We loved the fact we could walk to shops and beach . We were there for the markets so another plus . We didn’t have to use our cars for 3 days . We didn’t have a microwave for our stay which meant no popcorn during our movie night so we had to pivot to chips . There was plenty of dinnerware for our crowd and the dishwasher got a real work out. Because there are no blinds in the bedrooms be prepared to rise early with the sunrise ! The ocean breezes kept us nice and cool . The grandchildren loved all the green tree frogs that visited us . We really enjoyed our stay .

We had a wonderful relaxing holiday with the kids. The house is located at a close distance to Hastings street and the main beach, so we were always able to head out to enjoy all the activities, but then get back to the calm and peace of the house, away from the bustle and noise. The pool was great and kids absolutely loved it. All the amenities and comforts provided. Definitely a great spot to get away.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Brett’s place. Teewah is a quaint, untouched little village and the house was incredibly private and comfortable. We particularly loved the direct 4wd access for our long beach days and absolute beachfront position with our own private track out front for fishing and surfing. While it’s a beautifully renovated property, it’s the little, mindful touches that we appreciated - the outdoor shower, the ample bathrooms, condiments in the fridge/pantry, a huge lounge and sitting spaces, fans on when we arrived, and well-made, comfortable beds. Overall a modern beach house that had everything we needed to unwind. An ideal family base to enjoy and explore the best that the natural environment on Noosa’s stunning north shore had to offer. Thank you for having us!

This is our third stay at Pipiriki and we will be booking again for next year as we really love this house and its location. The deck and views are superb. Having said that, there are some maintenance and cleaning issues that come with a house that is popular and booked back to back. The bed in the master suite really does need to be replaced (it's the same mattress we had in year 1 and it wasn't great then). Other beds reported as being comfortable. We do love this house and feel like its our "home" in Noosa, now.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for hosting us at your beautiful Airbnb in Noosa Heads! My friends and I stayed there for my birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. The place was stunning—immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and in such a great location. It made our stay truly special! We also really appreciated how seamless and efficient the check-in and check-out process was. Everything was so easy, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Thank you again for everything! We had an incredible time and would love to stay again in the future.

Cathy’s unit was perfect for our weeklong stay. It is easy walking distance from the unit to Maroochydore beach’s SLSC and the the still water of the Maroochy River. Cotton Tree’s shops are also very walkable. The unit itself was very comfortable, well equipped and spacious. We highly recommend it.

This airbnb surpassed our expectations. It was beautiful, clean, spacious. We felt so comfortable that we decided to stay in and cook for most nights because we enjoyed the airbnb so much! Would highly recommend if you want a relaxing stay near the beach/main town area. They even had body boards available to use if you fancied it!

one of the absolute best places to stay, my favourite on the coast! photos don't do the view any justice, it's absolutely stunning! Apartment is homey and has a great central location close to everything you could need. Matt is very welcoming too!

We loved our 5 night stay! The apartment is beautifully appointed with everything a couple needs for a great stay. Hank and Hailz were super communicative not that we ever felt a need to reach out. Secure car parking, great location, excellent facilities within the complex. Friendly tenants and care staff. Bocca restaurant next door is excellent and the Market wine store world class. all in all 10/10
