Monthly Rentals in Nonoichi

Cute little Japanese-style apartment – it was a great experience to sleep in a traditional room with tatami mats, get the futon out of the closet in the evening and prepare it on the floor. Everything was clean and tidy – we felt really comfortable!

Feeling at home while on the other side of the world is priceless. Soku, Yoneda (and Gao) are an endearing couple trying to make everything perfect for you to feel comfortable. Check-in was warm, easy check-in and we were told how the house worked. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay in an authentic traditional Japanese room. There was a heat pump and thick futons for being a few cool days and we didn't really get cold. They offer everything you need for your stay (towels, brush...) and also have free tea and coffee for guests to use. Soku gave us a couple of recommendations to visit the city, we really liked it! It is also very close to the castle and gardens, next to the Tea District and about a 20 minute walk from the station (you can also go by bus, good connection). If you are thinking of staying here, rest assured that it will be an excellent option if you want to be at home.

We absolutely adored staying at Yuta’s place while in Kanazawa. The house is stunning - so many historical features have been immaculately preserved, and the remodels of the bathrooms were incredible. It was super clean and we felt at home instantly. It is in a historic district so there isn’t a lot immediately surrounding the house (e.g. convenience stores, restaurants), but there are lots of shops/activities within a 5-15 min walking distance. This also means that the house sits on a very quiet and peaceful street. Yuta was a phenomenal host. He was so kind when we were running late for our check in (due to train issues) and spent time with us walking the property showing us how everything worked and providing a list of personal recommendations. We would stay here again, no hesitations! Thank you!!

This space at Linnas was everything my wife and I could have hoped for. We stayed in Kanazawa for one full week, and we were so impressed by how convenient the location was. Everything in interest for us was within a 20-30 minute walk. Our private space was small, which is pretty standard for Japanese accommodations. The bed was comfortable, and we had enough space to access our bags when we needed to. It is important to note that the bathroom amenities (toilets, showers, shower/baths), kitchen, lounge area, and workout room are all shared spaces, but everything was kept very clean. The workout room was huge, and the kitchen was a real, fully stocked kitchen - much more so than the average “kitchens” found in the average Airbnb. Also, though shared, the bathroom spaces are very private when use, so no worries there. The showers are nice and hot too. If we were to stay in Kanazawa again, my wife and I would surely come back to visit Linnas. Thank you.
