Sunshine House is perfect for those looking for peace and serenity and it was exactly what I needed. It is a little secluded so the options for food if you don't ride a bike or drive a car are limited. However it is easily accessible with Grab or Bolt. The hosts were very friendly and kind, and gave a lot of privacy. Carolyn is super fast in responding to messages and took great care of me. She checked in with me when she didn't see me for a while to ensure I was ok. She even gave me some delicious home made food and snacks and made me feel very welcome and at home. This place really felt like a home away from home. Nana the bigger dog who guards the gate was adorable and loved coming up to me for some rubs. Chacha the adorable little one was feisty and full of character. I have extended my stay here for a little longer and will surely miss it when I leave. I will always remember this cosy home away from home and look forward to coming back again some day.

You can feel like you're sleeping ❤️ in a cabin in a lovely Gin's house, and you can feel like you're on a trip to Chiang Mai. Jin and Jin's parents are really kind and quick to solve what they need then. It was really comfortable and lovely stay in Jin's house ❤️🏡

This place was great, although a little far out from the Central Area, but it was very cozy & quiet! Check-in was smooth & easy with a security guard guiding us to the apartment as well! Place was clean & nice! Would recommend!

I stayed at Nicole’s place for 3 months and absolutely loved it. This super-sweet studio is in a prime (but quiet!) location in Nimman, beautifully styled, exceptionally clean, and very safe. It had everything I needed to live and work nomadically - the table doubled up as my desk and the WiFi connection was great. Best of all was Nicole who made for the most wonderful and kind host. She shared fabulous local ideas and events with me throughout my stay, answered any questions immediately, and went the extra mile to help me feel at ease. As a single female traveller, her attentiveness was very comforting and reassuring. I would have stayed for longer had the studio not already been booked up. I cannot wait to stay at my home-from-home again 😊
