Anders's flat was the perfect base to explore Athens from. It's extremely spacious, beautifully designed, central and has everything you need. Communication was easy and extremely helpful for anything I needed during my stay. Would definitely stay there again! 10/10!!

While I was unable to stay at the listing due to a passport issue, my friends were able to enjoy the stay. They loved the location, and the listing exceeded their expectations—it's even better than the pictures and smelled amazing. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the process. Quirky space with artistic decoration. Comfortable provided everything we needed. Clean linens, towels bathroom kitchen. Discreet host didn't bother us - it was a concern at all. The air conditioner does a good job of heating the place despite being 5° C. outside. The only negative is the difficulty of finding a parking spot.

The host is more than welcoming ! Every request was met with a positive attitude and a great attention for details. The place is perfect for any couples looking to stay in central Athens with a touch of luxury and relaxation . Again I cannot recommend the place enough specially because of Alfiarios

I cannot recommend this place enough. Fantastic value for money. The location is perfection, we were in the coolest neighbourhood in Athens! The view of the acropolis at all times is breathtaking. We had the pleasure of spending New Year’s Eve here and there was no place to spend it than our balcony. Lazarus picked us up and gave that warm friendly arrival you would want arriving at a new place. I would definitely recommend without hesitation. Thank you Efi and Anna
