Monthly Rentals in Niiza

Very sweet and nice house. Everything clean and tidy. Walking distance to train station, convenient stores and restaurants. The best thing is the host who is very responsive to many of our questions and enquiries during the stay. Highly recommend to anyone who looks for a stay near this area.

It was the accommodation I chose to live in Japan for a month with my friend, and I was so satisfied! On the first day of check-in, I arrived at Kitasaka Station about 11 pm, and there were too many luggage for two people, so the taxi all refused to board. I was doing something to snow rain, but Aki asked me what was going on when I was coming. I told you the current situation, and my father host came to pick me up right away. There were two people who were so kind and nice. There was a grocery store and a convenience store right in front of the accommodation, so it was convenient, and I had to walk for about 15 minutes to get to the station, but I was able to use the helocycle bike if I was in a hurry. The center of Tokyo is so expensive that I really recommend it to Koreans who are paying for the accommodation! Even if there are women, it's not scary, it's clean and comfortable, and the hosts are ❤️ especially nice people. I highly recommend it!

Had a great stay for about 26 days. It's like renting a real apartment and living there. You need to make your own food, buy your groceries, clean your clothes yourself. The only thing I missed a little bit because it was summer was a freezer, but with a supermarket a few minutes away you can buy the ice there. Station is about 15 minutes, but I always enjoyed the walk there. You can walk along a beautiful river for a bit to get the station. I didn't have any contact with other guests or neighbors, but the walls are thin and you can hear them sometimes. I can fully recommend this apartment if you don't want the hotel experience and more of a living experience
