A charming apartment above a empty shop! The spacious balcony and peaceful outdoor area were perfect for relaxing. Plus, the location couldn't be beat - just a short stroll to the seafront, bars, coffee shops, and restaurants. Our host was incredibly helpful and communicative, ensuring we had everything we needed. The apartment itself was fully equipped and comfortable. We can't wait to return to this Preveza gem.

mr. Velisarios was immediately available, kind and proactive. As soon as we arrived, he welcomed us by describing the apartment and also making us find everything for breakfast as well as a jar of local honey. The house is tidy, clean and with air conditioning. The location of the accommodation is suburban but in a kilometer and a half you can get to the center. The car park is inside the property next to the house. Overall, an optimal accommodation.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The home is cozy and homey. The terrace and the associated garden are very spacious and with a fascinating view incl. Sunset. The expansive beach can be reached by stairs within a short time. Our host actively communicated with us through the app. We have received many valuable tips for possible activities or recommended taverns. Thank you very much! Only downside: the street noise initially bothered us, over time we were able to hide them and we focused on the fabulous view and the beautiful nature around us. At night, the road was not very busy anyway, so a good sleep in the comfortable beds was guaranteed.

We absolutely loved our stay at Spyridons apartment. It looks exactly like the photos, it is gorgeous! We only stayed for two nights after a week of sailing, the washing machine was extremely useful! Bed was super comfy, kitchen had everything we needed for cook a meal, living room and balcony area were really relaxing. Easy to find and get to, Spyridon was also flexible with the check in. Only one private issue which we messaged about and received a response straight away. Would highly recommend and stay again if in the area.
