Nice stay in Hanoi with lots of room for the 5 of us, with plenty to spare. Bathrooms are on every floor, beds are comfortable, heater, fan and aircon options for each room. Cozy living room with big tv. Internet fast on every floor. Host was very responsive, professional and kind to all messages. Walk to everything in Old Quarter or take a Grab, good location.

We picked this place because one the reviews says it’s really quiet, and it is! The location is very convenient, just neighboring the Train Street. At the same time, it sits in a deep alley so it is away from all the traffic and tourist noise. We have enjoyed our stay very much, and would definitely recommend it to anyone planning to visit Hanoi!

What a great host! Excellent communication, great advice and organised our airport transfer. Perfect English communication. Location is very central, tucked away off the street down an alleyway - you may wonder where you are going, but it's worth the winding path to the door. This is definitely a Vietnamese home over 3 floors, so be prepared for a lot of steps.

This location is at the top of the booking unit. You can reserve tour packages and rentals here. The unit felt comfortable and secure and was close to the attractions.

We had an amazing stay at Thuy’s property! Thuy went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, providing Netflix access in each room and even helping us dry our clothes for free when we had to leave before they were ready. The house is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room and privacy for everyone in our group. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend staying here for an exceptional and thoughtful hosting experience!

This 3-bedroom Airbnb was perfect for our group! The place was clean and conveniently located near everything (especially the market!), and comfortably fit all of us. Considering how many people it could sleep, it was definitely worth the price. June was a fantastic host - very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Very responsive host. as our previous booking got cancelled last min, we gotta source for another place and Hana was responsive and took my booking. check in was real easy, place is clean as per picture. working distance to malls/food. strong recommend for visitors with family.

From check-in to mid-cleaning, it was so good. The location was good, so I never used a taxi or Grab ^ ^ I think I'll visit again if I go again next time!

The distant view of West Lake was truly impressive. The area felt very secure, with excellent security management, and the apartment complex was well-maintained and clean. I also appreciated the convenience of having many nearby restaurants. Inside, the apartment was tidy and well-organized.

Great value. The property is facing the courtyard and therefore protected by noise and the exhausts of the road. I felt very comfortable Even at night alone as a woman. You go a small, dark hallway to the courtyard and the apartment, but that makes it a special experience. The bed is very comfortable. There is a hot shower and wifi. The train has always woken me up at night until I got used to it. But for that, the price is great and the location is top.

The location is easy to find and holly is very responsive during our stay here. She also provided us with thick blankets and it really helps esp at night when the temperature was dropped. One thing that needs improvement is kitchen utensils cleanliness esp the kettle. Overall, we had a nice experience staying here. Thank you!

Liked the location. Rooms were nice. Everything worked as it should. Only placed we stayed where the heat worked. Little patio upstairs was nice. Needed more toilet paper and it was promptly delivered. Nice stay.

Such great hosts! The apartment is a peaceful haven in the busy city of Hanoi! Simple and elegantly decorated, it was a great place to come home to after a day of exploring. It’s also spotlessly clean! We were provided ear plugs and a discounted bill due to some unexpected building work next door, without even needing to ask. However the building work wasn’t that disruptive but we appreciate the effort made regardless. The main street outside the apartment is a little noisy, however this is to be expected in such a bustling city. It would not put me off staying here at all! We also needed some internal flight boarding passes printed which we hadn’t realised until the last minute. Brian went out of his way to print these for us! Thank you so much for your kindness! We would 100% stay here again! Thank you!

This place was great and I will certainly stay again when I am back in Hanoi. The location is right in the middle of Old Town, which is superb. I do have two comments: 1). you need to be aware that to get to the apartment is a climb of 50 stairs… so this is not a place for someone with mobility challenges. 2). The sounds of the City are wonderful, and they are quite loud. This is not a place for a quiet retreat.

We had a great time there - it was basically the best way to end our time in Vietnam. Truong's place is right next to the Westlake, a nice and peaceful neighbourhood. There are lots of nice cafes within a minute walking distance and also local restaurants around. We had a very late check-in (after mid-night), but Truong was so nice coming around and introducing us to his apartment. Thanks a lot! We definitely recommend this place!
