Perfect place for stay for a more extended time!

Never in my life have I been so welcomed and made part of someone else's family. Phong takes it very seriously to make sure you feel comfortable in his home. Everything was simply perfect. the apartment is a fully equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. There were no issues with going through the main door as it was pleasant to say hello to the family. Phong provided the famous family dinner and it was amazing. We really enjoyed that time with the family. The food was amazing. He even took us out to dinner. His family give us a lot of advice on Hanoi and what to do and where to go. All in All this was our top 5 airbnb that we have stayed in. It was amazing! Thank you for everything!

Giao and his family went up and beyond with offering help and services. Quiet area but just a 10 minutes walk to the (north of the) old city quarters.

Great location, modern apartment. We stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks in December 2024 and January 2025. The location was excellent for getting into the Hanoi old town. Note, however, that there are many steps up to the pedestrian bridge over the highway which might be off putting if you have mobility issues.. The neighborhood has many shops, bakeries, and a laundry. For restaurants, we crossed over to the old town. We appreciated the modern bathroom with heated toilet seat and excellent shower. The 4th floor apartment elevator stop requires a card, so we were secure. The bed was comfortable. Furnishings are minimal, so we were not able to unpack our suitcases. NOISE -- There is a tannoy (loudspeaker) just off the balcony. We were greeted with a public service announcement each morning at about 7:30 AM. The traffic noise dies down about 8 PM. We would stay there again.
