Monthly Rentals in Newtown

A very spacious and cozy apartment. Room was big and has sufficient storage. Allan was very responsive when the wifi had slight hiccups-he made a trip to the apartment personally. Thank you very much! Apartment is within walking distance - about 25m only. Although it is located in front of the train station, it was relatively quiet for a light sleeper. There are plenty of restaurants if you walk down to the main road. Allan was kind to allow a late checkout. Thank you very much Allan

Tim was a great host to communicate to, made check in and out very easy and his place was very clean. It’s also a good location with lots of good food options nearby.

We loved our weekend at Crystie's place in buzzy Newtown. Crystie was super easy to communicate with and gave us all the instructions and local knowledge we needed to have a great stay. The location is 10/10, we had plenty of space, and the apartment was absolutely spotless which is always greatly appreciated. Would 100% return and recommend the apartment to others. I stayed at Ian's place for the weekend. The location was really convenient and the place itself was nice and cosy. I would stay in this place again :)
