Monthly Rentals in Newport

We walked in and the Christmas tree lights were on and Christmas music was playing. It was lovely. It's a beautiful home and very cozy. Having a bedroom and full bath downstairs makes a difference for many of us (young and older) who may have trouble navigating the stairs to the second floor. This location is nice and quiet yet close to all the essentials. I spoke with Dottie before our stay and she was very nice, helpful, and informative. Thank you again Dottie! We look forward to staying again in the summer. Highly recommended!! Thank you Dave and Dottie!

This was the perfect little cozy place for two Canadians who did some cross border shopping! The bedroom was pretty small, only fits the bed really, but the bed was very very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure but there’s a small water tank so don’t take too long lol! All things you’d expect from a tiny home. Hosts were helpful, responsive and kind. They made sure our car was shovelled out for us for when we woke up. I would absolutely come here again. Comfortable, clean, nice location with multiple 24 hour convenient stores. Well worth what we paid.

Beautiful property, peaceful, lovely charm and lake side decor!! Your booklet was awesome. We didn’t need to utilize all of your offered household necessities but well thought out and planned. Awesome to have LOTS of extra towels, the shower curtain slightly a PIA as it leaks onto the floor but hey it works!!! The added option of cable TV is a nice touch most air b n b’s don’t offer that option!! The barn shutters on the windows so pretty, provides black out for ideal sleeping in!! All in all the cookies were an added to die for extra sweet bonus!!! Thank YOU for sharing your slice of paradise.

Andrea was super friendly and quick to respond to any message. The house has a cozy feeling and makes you feel like you’re at home. we loved the personal touch Andrea made with a welcome basket and card. Would recommend this house and Andrea to anyone who’s staying the the area
