Monthly Rentals in Newport

Everything was perfect! Our group felt right at home with how comfortable it was . Was definitely the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Very spacious and in a peaceful location. All questions were answered within minutes and even had the heater put on for us before we got there. Highly recommend.

The tiny house was very cute. It fit us perfectly. There was some type of work going on in the neighborhood so the morning was a little bit loud, but other than that, it was perfect. If we’re ever back in the area, we will definitely book again. They also allowed us to check out late and that made our day way more convenient.

This was our family's second time staying at Jonathan's cabin. It is cozy, comfortable, and everything we needed. The wood burning stove kept the cabin nice and toasty, with plenty of firewood provided. We will stay here again next time we come to Batesville.

This was our second stay at the Shop. We love it and have two more weekends booked. Ashley’s place is the most “at home” and we only stay elsewhere in Batesville when this spot is booked. The space is great, always clean, always serene and quiet. Great for visiting our son at Lyon and getting a break from busy life!
