Holiday rentals with lake access in Newfoundland

Joel's place is truly breathtaking. It is a beautiful home with incredible views and close proximity to trails such as the Gros Morne summit and the tablelands, whilst its location still felt private and quiet. There is plenty of living space to rest and relax too. This place truly felt like a home from home. The most spectacular part of our stay though, was Joel's communication and support through our stay. Joel stayed in contact throughout and answered any and all questions we had quickly, with the utmost care. From beginning to end, we where truly cared for by both Joel and his wonderful home. The hot tub was the icing on the cake! I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you Joel!

The house is wonderful, very clean and well equipped. We loved the harbour view from there and the peace and quiet of Salvage. We really enjoyed our stay in the region and the beautiful Damnable Trails around Salvage. Highly recommended!

We had an awesome stay while visiting. The place is amazing with a fantastic view that sits right on Codroy Valley river. The view is spectacular especially this time of year. The house was very clean and welcoming. It offered everything we needed. We would definitely reserve this airbnb again.

Had a great 3 day stay!!A very lovely lady arrived shortly after we did to make sure we got settled in. Had a great chat with her. Fresh bread on the counter and fresh eggs in the fridge made the place even more welcoming . Everything you could want for the stay was at your fingertips!!!Overall 10 out of 10 for sure!!!!

We enjoyed the peaceful area.The apartment was supplied with more than we expected which was nice , coffee , cleaning products and many other staples that if you forgot anything were available.A very thoughtful hostess who goes above and beyond and that is comparing to other Airbnb we have stayed at.

For a quick “long weekend” trip to St. John’s Jennifer place was perfect for my stay! Easy to find, and felt right at home straight away. Jennifer has really made sure that the place is spotless upon arrival and that everything you need is sorted - felt so much better than a hotel stay! The garden apartment is in a perfect location - a couple minutes walk to great restaurants, sea views, and stunning hiking trails to the east, and under 30 min walk to coffee shops west bound. Her friendliness, quick responses, and clear communication were much appreciated! I would definitely stay at Jen’s place again for my next visit to St. John’s.

Peaceful, quiet and relaxing

This was a superb find. Such an amazing location - right on the lake with amazing views and lots of wildlife. We swam everyday and it was beautiful sitting on the deck watching the sunset. The house is spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. This was the last place we stayed during our month here and it was #1. Thank you Noel - it was fabulous!

We had an incredible family vacation at the Bluebird Cottage. What a gorgeous spot!! Sascha and Betty-Lou considered every detail and were exceptional hosts. They were excellent communicators and were kind and helpful with any questions we had. There’s plenty of space and it’s well stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable and convenient stay. Highly recommend for a family gathering or get-away.

A beautiful family space on Square Pond. Donna was an excellent host and their clean and modern property was simply perfect. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway or family stay. We hope to return!

Myself and my partner stayed at Water’s Edge this past weekend and we absolutely loved our stay. Two things we look for when booking an Air bnb are a hot tub to unwind and relax, and complete privacy surrounding the property (it’s an “escape” from life’s everyday socializing and chaos so no close neighbours). Water’s edge covered those and more! The property is literally right on the water’s edge with wooded area that surrounds the remainder. Neighbours are located further down the road so we didn’t hear anything except the water washing up on the rocks and the fire pit crackling. The sheltered hot tub was clean, ready to use and right on the water which resulted in a stunning view. Inside was cozy, clean, well maintained with lots of items provided. The little goodies from the hosts were sweet and much appreciated! The game shed and kayaks were a great addition! Rebecca and grant were great hosts! Rebecca was very friendly, quick to respond and super helpful! 100% recommend

when first booking I thought a little pricey, but for the privacy and every little thing they considered to making sure their guest have a enjoyable and comfortable stay was beyond expectations from any bnb we rented before. Highly recommend!!! beautiful place :)
