Jo's place was very quiet and peaceful. Loved the cathedral ceilings and massive windows in the living area and the eclectic style! Very easy to walk into town or along walking trails into the bush. Jo was very friendly and easy to communicate with

I recently enjoyed a beautiful couple of nights at Dolly’s with my three kids and we’re already planning a return trip! The house is absolutely gorgeous - very (very!) comfortable and styled to mid/century perfection while still offering every modern amenity. There’s definitely no roughing it here! The bed linen was divine and the kitchen has everything you’ll need. The house is set on a huge block with LOADS of room for the kids to run and play, beautiful gardens and even a resident echidna. There’s a playground across the lane which is visible from the deck, and Lyonville is an easy drive from Trentham and Daylesford. Mel was the perfect host - friendly and very responsive to messages. Dolly’s is a house clearly renovated and decorated with love, care and a great sense of style. The little touches were everywhere, from the art on the walls to the books and trinkets. Stunning - highly recommend!

Great house in a great location - in the country but a short drive to lots of nearby locations. House felt in the country - could watch horses in the fields outside with not another pers9n in sight.
