Monthly Rentals in New Kingston

I extended my stay for 4 extra weeks. Location is within the triangle and a very good stepping off point for travelling around Kingston. If you're taking the Knutsford, it is 5 minutes drive away. The views from the public area on the 4th floor are good but the views from the 10th floor are stunning. The swimming pool is well maintained and again, the views while enjoying the pool are fantastic. The apartment is clean, comfortable and again has a great view, consistent strong wifi and the block is quiet. The security gate can be a bit much (with guests having to provide ID) but as a guest that does make you feel more secure. I had to contact Barry a couple of times to help me with little things (which I had missed or not understood) and he always responded within the stated time frame. I would stay at Barry's place again and wholeheartedly recommend it to others.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the place was clean and organized with extra linens. I would definitely stay here again. Love the safety that the building provides and the responsiveness of the host.

The unit was strategically located near many of Kingston's key attractions. The unit was on a main road with a grocery store and ATM within walking distance. The complex was quiet during the day and at night, and we felt safe walking around the surrounding neighborhood during the day. We had everything we needed during our stay and would definitely rebook in the future.

Wayne was very responsive and helpful when it came to any queries. The apartment was clean and secure, very close to the Jamaican passport offices, Mega Mart, Fontana, Devon House, the Bob Marley Museum, Andrews Memorial, etc. in fact everywhere that we needed for our trip. The gym on the top floor was basic, but with enough equipment for good regular workouts. The only areas for improvement were the fact we only had one key, which made going out separately awkward. Plus an incident at the start of our stay where we needed support from security to check the cameras on our floor but it was impossible to get any help from security or the building management. Important to note that this was not Wayne’s fault and he continued to be helpful, despite the matter not being resolved.
