Katherine and Ryan's place was very clean and beautiful. Checking in was super easy. Instructions were very clear. For anyone who cooks, their kitchen is complete with anything you could possibly need. We were so comfortable during our stay. Also, when we do have questions, they are so quick to respond. We will definitely be back. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home.

we had a wonderful time, we love the backyard since we took our dog she'd enjoyed, my daughters loved the place, me and my wife enjoyed a relax time.

Stayed here for the skiing trip to near by Mt.Rose. Would stay here again for its location. Host has kayak boards that you could use.

Evan's home was very nice and clean. He thoughtfully provided extra items throughout the house, making our stay more comfortable. His place was easy to find, and he communicated well with us. When we needed to stay an extra day, Evan responded quickly and accommodated our request. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Beautiful view, good location, spacious home for our big group. We had such a great time here and the host made sure of it. All the amenities listed were there and it added to our experience. We come to sparks/reno every year so we really enjoyed it this time around. If you are looking to stay here, you definitely should! Just a heads up — make sure to strategize on staggering your showers to ensure hot water. Truly a wonderful stay. My group and I would be happy to come back.

If you're looking for a great place to stay in Sparks, look no further. Timothy's place is in a fantastic location, closed to Legends shopping plaza. There's ton's of great restaurants and stores within a 5 minute drive. The amenities were great and Timothy is always responsive and provides clear instructions. Don't hesitate in booking Timothy's place.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Peggy’s place is clean and very well designed. The linens and furniture were comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked. The house is perfect for skiing at Diamond Peak. Peggy was very accommodating for our last minute stay!

We loved our stay! Michael was very communicative and our group of 9 adults felt super comfortable. Location is great especially if you want to go to Heavenly Resort. Would definitely book again

Lorrie is a great host, very responsive and very accommodating. The place looked just like the photos. I enjoyed the comfortable kitchen table chairs where you would watch the snow fall outside the window at your side and still watch TV or enjoy a conversation with everyone in the room. We really loved the clean uncluttered style that fostered a calm environment. The bedding was soft and warm and the bed itself was firm but giving. Great hotel-like mattresses on each bed. Location is an end unit so you are sheltered from sound of only one next door neighbor. No construction or noisy neighbors, everyone was very considerate and chill. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could want. Heat went to 72, so we found the super soft and luxurious blankets to put over our lap while watching TV. Our dogs, loved her dog treats, and water bowl. Diamond Peak ski resort is down the street 4 min away, Northstar is a 30 min drive uphill. We would love to come again soon.

Great place to stay for a large family gathering lots of space and private yard for your furry friends. Easy access to the private beach in a great quiet community. Nothing negative to say as the staff are friendly and very responsive for any questions or concerns. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. 5 stars!! Can’t wait to be back.

We loved our stay at Stacy's rental. We felt right at home with the comfortable, clean living spaces. The primary bathroom was beautiful and you could tell they were recently renovated. The kitchen was clean and stocked with all the dishware and cookware you could need during your stay. The house itself was located at the end of a short street so it felt private and the backyard area was tranquil with views of the snow and wooded hillside. If there was one con to mention it would be that the street where the house is located is very narrow & off a highway which felt a little treacherous to get out of/pull in from. And while it's a very close proximity to the lake, walking and crossing the road would be difficult (especially with pets/kids) with so many fast-moving vehicles. That said, the house is located within close proximity to all of the main attractions of the South Lake Tahoe area is a great choice! I would recommend this to others and we would definitely stay here again.

This Airbnb experience was absolutely perfect! The host was super friendly, responsive, and always helpful. The house was spotless, quiet, and incredibly comfortable—exactly what we were hoping for. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jim's beautiful and comfortable home with amazing views of the Ruby Mountains. The living room sofa and tv set up is ideal for evening relaxation. The home is not too far from town where we enjoyed the restaurants and entertainment. Jim made us feel right at home from start to finish.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Monica’s place. Great location, awesome private beach. We did have one hiccup with a neighbor over driving. But Monica contacted Me right after the incident and made sure my family and I were ok. Would love to stay here again in the future (especially in the summer). Also the heated floors in the winter was a nice touch. Thank you Monica for having us.
