David’s place was perfect for the four of us- 2 couples . It was just as he had described . Check in was easy. It was quiet . He was super fast to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend his place.

Both Brian and Amynda were very friendly, welcoming, and always available to answer our questions. Their Casita is on a beautiful property, in a quiet neighborhood with two very sweet dogs. We felt very taken care of during our stay! They set up an information packet for their guests with many wonderful things Las Vegas has to offer: dinning, shopping, etc. We had a wonderful stay. We would gladly recommend it and would stay here again! They made our vacation memorable. We are very grateful.

This place really had it all and was worth every penny. Not only was the house fully stocked with everything my group and I could have needed, it had plenty of other amenities to make our lives easy while we were staying 7 days for work. We especially liked and took full advantage of the home gym which was a great way to get motivated in the early cold mornings before long days at work. The location itself deserves a lot of credit as well, it's not only a quick trip to the strip but also downtown. More importantly though, the local neighborhood has everything you could want if you're looking for great food or even just basics like groceries. Honestly, it's the perfect spot in town and I'm looking forward to staying here yearly during our work trips. Tim is also a tremendous and professional host, very responsive and attentive.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tong’s wonderful Airbnb, and I can't recommend it enough! The location is absolutely ideal—situated right in the heart of the city, I was just a short walk away from amazing restaurants, shops, and attractions. It made exploring so convenient! The apartment itself was spotless and very well-maintained, which made me feel right at home. The furnishings were modern and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. I especially appreciated the little touches that made the space feel inviting. Safety was never a concern during my stay; the neighborhood felt secure, and I appreciated the extra measures the host had in place. Speaking of the host, they were incredibly responsive and accommodating! Any questions I had were answered promptly, and they were genuinely friendly, making my experience even better. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations.

The place is very cozy and clean. Comfortable bedding and plenty of amenities like a pool/ hot tub/ and adequate gym. Feels like a safe location with a walking trail right outside. Get beautiful sunsets over the mountains every night. Would stay here again

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was as advertised. Garage space is designed for a SUV. All items worked as they should and the pool/hot was within easy walking distance. The only thing missing was some outdoor furniture for evening get to gathers with other neighbors. Thanks Jon and Angie for a week in Heaven!!

We stayed here while our kids were in. A soccer tournament. The location is close by everything you may need. The space had everything we needed to cook all our meals. Our kids loved the game room which was great to occupy us when we were in between games. We did you the hot tub which was great. We used the gym which leaves much to be desired but isn’t the hosts fault. We would stay here again.

Bruce and Paula’s place was warm and welcoming. Furniture and decor was tasteful. The location was great: not a far drive to eateries, grocery store and gas stations. My boys loved the short walk to the park that neighbored the complex. We also appreciated that the condo was an end unit. Hosts were extremely personable and responsive. Thank you, Bruce and Paula!

We enjoyed our stay very much. A slight mishap happened on the morning we left since the hotel had to shut down the water line for emergency leak so we were not able to do much but left the property. We notified Michael. The cleaning could use a little better attention but other than that, we loved the view and the accessibility with lesser noises since it was off strip.

William’s apartment was the perfect spot for our girls weekend! We appreciated that the location was close to the strip but it was still quiet. We also appreciated the easy access to the 15 for our travels around the state. We found the beds and living room furniture comfortable. The decor is very homey and the space was very clean. We would stay here again if we returned to Vegas!

Jia is a very friendly and responsive host. We especially liked how clean, stocked, and organized the house was. Three full bathrooms plus a three car garage is fantastic for a larger group. You may hear a bit of road noise but this seems normal for a centrally located Vegas home. The benefit here is that it felt like everything was a short drive away. We highly recommend Jia and this house.

We loved this house and hope to come back and stay here again. Traveling as a family this house had all the amenities for the kids - mine never wanted to leave!! The house was very clean, very organized and easy to find. Everything was in great shape and worked like we hoped. The beds are SUPER comfortable and the shower in the master bath is awesome! We loved it!
