Monthly Rentals in Nether Kellet

The Sunny House was the perfect place for me and my family. Hana and Tony were extremely accommodating to our needs. Everything you would need, an impeccably clean and modern house and great location for The Lakes. When I'm back up again I will be looking to stay here. I highly recommend.

The cowshed has been lovingly and imaginatively converted into a rural hideaway. Lots of gorgeous finishing touches that make it feel homely whilst at the same time having a relaxing uncluttered vibe. Ours was just a one night stop over but we sat listening to the rain on the tin roof, looking out onto the hills as we ate a meal cooked in the kitchen. Lovely .. thank you. Ps Beds are super comfortable too.

Sarah was a great host, very responsive to messages and came and greeted us and let us know how everything worked and gave great insight into the local area. The house was perfect for us (family of 4 plus 2 dogs). Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and it was great being able to park on the drive right outside. The garden was great for the dogs too, there was a small gap in one corner but that was easily blocked off and made it nice and secure. kids enjoyed the play park right opposite too. The village looked lovely and is in a great location to easily reach a lot of different places such as Morecambe, Lancaster or the South / Eastern Lakes. Carnforth and Bolton le Sands were 5 minutes away in the car and both had supermarkets and other shops etc.

We had a lovely view of the bay from the property. We could stroll down the hill to the coast path with ease. It was a very warm evening when we arrived. The kitchen- diner window had been opened for air. There was a fan upstairs in the bedroom to help keep the sleeping loft comfortable.
