Million thanks to Francis, who is the caretaker. The neighborhood is really friendly, polite, kind, and very helpful. Francis chettan helped with everything. Please visit Mettekkatt Bakery for amazing coconut ice creams and Sharbat. We rented this BnB to visit close by temples. But it never felt like a vacation. It was more like we were with our family. We made good connection with people in this beautiful and exotic fishing village. Vincent (Binny chettan) who helps with the taxicab is a great guide and friend and the best company one can have. We stayed for a week and left with a heavy heart, never wanting to leave this place. True spirit of Kerala, its natural beauty, and the most beautiful people at heart, ever. The Place was just as described. It is very cosy place with good view of the city and a beautiful sunset. Varghese was a good host and arranged for everything in advance. Caretaker Ramesh was kind and was there to help any concerns if needed. Overall it was a good place.

Felt like home with prompt communication right from checking the timing of our arrival a day before to our checkout. The communication levels was very balanced giving us the space and as well ensuring our stay is comfortable for us. Thanks once again for a good family time we had during the stay.

It was a nice place, rooms are clean. Especially the caretakers are really nice and gentle. Zubair responds very well during the stay. Expected few more kitchenware.

A Home Away From Home Madilina House wasn't just a place to stay; it was a home away from home. The moment we pulled up to the property, we knew we were in for something special. The lush greenery, the serene lake, and the beautifully designed house instantly captivated us. Our family get-together couldn't have been more perfect. The house was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kayaking was a blast - the calm waters and the peaceful surroundings were just what we needed to unwind. But what really made our stay unforgettable were the hosts, Abhilash and Karma. They were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Karma, in particular, was always there to help, ensuring we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail was impeccable. We were so sad to leave Madilina House. It was the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and hospitality. We'll definitely be coming back!

Divakaran ji's house is extremely beautiful place in the lapse of nature, very peaceful and serene. It was like a dream place for me.Everything about this place is enchanting be it surroundings, neighbourhood, people ...everything. Divakaran ji and Savitri ji are very nice people. They treat you as family. Very loving and kind people. Divakaran ji's friend Sanjay and his family are also like him. Overall it was very nice experience living with them . It felt as if i am at my home. Will definitely visit them again with whole family.
