Nick was a very responsive and friendly host. The apartment was really good and free of clutter. Felt right at home.

We stayed at Silunas AirBnb for one month and loved every day of it. It’s located in a beautiful, fairly quiet area yet everything you need is close by – many restaurants and a supermarket are in walking distance and getting to Colombo city center by car or trisho takes less than half an hour. We really loved the big terrace surrounded by palm trees, banana plants, cute chipmunks and fireflies at night. Towards the end of our stay we did however have a problem with a lot of ants inside of the apartment that seemed to be emerging out of nowhere despite not leaving any food out in the open. Overall though we really enjoyed our time in Silunas place and felt very much at home :)

Luxury apartment in the heart of Colombo. The view from the 26th floor is incredible, with the city and the harbour making for a gorgeous vista, especially at sunset. Thaths was very welcoming and helpful- especially appreciated the essentials like tea and milk. The apartment itself is cozy and luxurious. It's wonderfully decorated and equipped with modern utilities. The beds were extremely comfortable and I had the best sleep I've had in a very long time. Location couldn't be better; everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. The pool and gym were a nice bonus. Can't wait to stay here again - will definitely be coming back!

We had a fabulous stay at the beautiful No.55, Flower Rd. Everything is considered and beautiful, by far the best airbnb I have stayed in. First Class care from the supremely comfortable bed with crisp cotton linen to the stylish decor. Well stocked kitchen, no frustration of trying to cut a tomato with a blunt knife, Thushi has supplied perfect equipment should you wish to create a feast.... The location was awesome. Thushi's guidebook was informative, interesting and really helpful. I'd love to recommend a visit to the architect, Geoffrey Bawa's house, an absolute must and only a 10 minute stroll from No.55. We regularly breakfasted at The Cafe on 5th, delicious food, lovely surroundings and friendly people. We didn't want to leave.... Thank you Thushi

We just wanted to share our delightful experience at Zulfica’s (LULU) place where we recently stayed. From the moment we arrived, Zulfica and Jurair were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, even providing a complimentary snack and drink when we arrived. The accommodation was cozy and well-kept. They were always available to answer questions and made sure we had everything needed for a perfect stay. If you’re ever in the area, we highly recommend staying at Zulfica’s place. I spent two days with my wife at Ranil's apartment. The house had all the amenities mentioned in the description. The location was extremely close to the railway station, bus station and some wonderful restaurants nearby. Ranil was always just a text away to help with any of our needs. We had a wonderful time here and we can't recommend this place enough. Thanks Ranil for being such a wonderful host!

A surprising “Oasis of Peace” in the daily chaos! A spacious, fine and elegant flat as well as brand new! The owner has really thought about everything! Tasteful furnishings, works of art on the walls, very comfortable beds, well-equipped bathroom and kitchen...A true luxury ... The palm trees that can be seen from the balconies have inspired magical dreams! To recommend to those who want something special at an affordable price and close to the airport! It was spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a spacious layout. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook meals. My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The property was exactly as described in the listing (if not better!) and spotlessly clean. The location of the property perfectly located for whatever needed to do. It is about 50 meters from the main road, so you don't hear the noise from the main road. It was incredibly convenient and made exploring a breeze. The nivanka/nadee were incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. They provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. There was a full time care taker at the property and the Shanika - property manager was very helpful. Whatever questions were resolved over a text message I truly felt at home during my stay, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area, and I would love to stay here again the next time. Thank you, for such a memorable stay!

My family and I, wanted a place in Colombo for a month. After looking for a long time, we finally found this apartment, which truly exceeded our expectations. The best thing is the property it self which has many facilities such as the gym, pool, supermarket and an ATM. There are many restaurants close by aswell. Overall the experience was great. The only drawback if any I would say is the height of the bed, which is very low to the ground. Other than that fantastic place.

It’s the second time I have stayed at Fazly’s place. I had to change my itinerary for my trip & Fazly was very accommodating in meeting my requests. The check in very easy with great communication & Rashid is there to help you check in. The apartment is exactly as described & is very comfortable. Havelock City has the mall next door with lots of shops & restaurants so making life easier. I would recommend the apartment to all & hoping to stay there again on my next trip.

The host was very nice, the location of the house was very convenient, and the pool underneath the hottest apartment in the city center worked well. The security is also very strict and safe!

Grateful to have this stay at Havelock City - close to so many helpful shops and food court, amenities, etc., for our final days in the country. Highly recommend staying at Silmiya’s place. The apartment and the block it’s situated in js stunning. The view from the apartment over the Lotus Tower makes the experience more beautiful and magical, especially when it’s lit up at night. The apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy. Essential items were provided to make it a home away from home. Silmiya is an excellent and responsive host.
