A great place for a family if you’re looking for something in the city. The home stay offers large rooms with a spacious living room, dining room, and work area. The host is just a call away for any help needed.

This property is very conveniently located. The dedicated parking spot is very helpful as the property is located in a prime area,where, even paid parking is next to impossible to find at most times. The apartment is clean and very spacious.

A great stay in Kochi, 10 minutes walk to the water front, there are a bunch of restaurants and shops in the area but the street underneath is very quiet. You can hear the call to prayer early in the morning, so if you are a light sleeper bring some earplugs. You have all the essentials including a fridge/freezer, cooking plate, washing machine and a rooftop where you can workout and dry your clothes. Also the hosts are very responsive and go out of their ways to make your stay comfortable, Mrs Susan breakfast was great. They provide clean water for free, we never ran out. Definitely recommend it.

Great tiny villa - there is everything you need and it was very clean. Location is good, not in center, but near ferry terminal, so it is very easy and very cheap to get to center or fort Kochi. You can sit on roof terrace and watch ships, or walk 1 minute to waterfront to watch fisherman catching fish with Chinese fishing nets. Really good place.

Our stay at the place was really great. We had a very clear instructions to stay and the owner was very friendly and accessible to us. No other disturbances found. We had our own space to chill out and the place was really well clean and provided us with all the amenities too. I would really recommend this place to my friends as well as visit it in future too.

Madilina House turned out to be a real gem! Can't rave enough about how gorgeous the propertyis...the location is wonderful - beautiful gardens right next to the peaceful river; we could kayak right out of the garden! The pool is great, the villa is very pretty with well sized rooms. Karma, Akhil and Asha made sure we were well looked after. Abhi was really helpful with all his suggestions. We had a wonderful holiday - thanks so much! Would love to come back.

Spacious house and in safe and peaceful location but walkable to Main Street with shops etc.

Perfect stay couldn’t ask for more. Peaceful and private space.
