Waterfront holiday rentals in Neath Port Talbot

Had a great stay beautiful views and a great location for walking, running and cycling. Had a few issues with using the key on the main door. However communication with Mary the host was excellent and a spot of WD40 sorted the problem. Ventured out to the nearby St Elli’s cafe and the not to distant Cattle & Co restaurant which was amazing (be prepared for huge portions). Would highly recommend both the accommodation and the area. Would look to book again soon.

Really beautiful place to stay with incredible views. Ian offered up some gorgeous recommendations for where to eat like the lovely ‘on the rocks’ restaurant just over the headland. The cove location is super peaceful and quiet, with only a few more people around on the weekend than during the week. There are coastal walks in every direction, and so many beaches to choose from. We even went for a freezing cold dip in the sea which is seconds away from the flat. Overall we had the most rejuvenating little staycation imaginable. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Phoebe and James' apartment certainly lives up to its previous reviews and the photos. A warm, pristine, beautifully appointed and cosy apartment with the most stunning views of the bay. It was easy to get to, straightforward access and parking, and close to the beach. For us, this was one of the very top places we have stayed in through Airbnb and would thoroughly recommend it to family and friends, if you can find a booking slot!

We loved our stay in Wayne's place 😄 the apartment itself is absolutely gorgeous - the photos don't do it justice! The views across the sea from the huge floor to ceiling windows is amazing. Really comfy settees & beds too - we really enjoyed our stay. The surrounding area is great too - lots of fantastic bars & restaurants plus walking on the lovely beach. Thanks Wayne for a great Airbnb experience ☺️

Michelle's place was lovely and felt very homely. We came to Llaneli for the half marathon and location was perfect for the start line. The check-in process was very easy and full instructions are provided for the everything in the house. Michelle was very helpful and responsive for any questions, we had a minor issue late Saturday night and she was quite to respond and assist. Views from the place are stunning and I imagine the balcony would be lovely in the summer months.

We had a lovely stay despite storm Burt! Nice walk on the beach, fantastic meal at St Elli brasserie and we enjoyed the carnival. Great spot for a getaway

Helen and Jonathan were great hosts with helpful clear communication at all times. The location is great with easy access to the beach front and coastal path including the lovely cafe and ice cream kiosk only 2 minutes walk away. The apartment is beautifully furnished and equipped and very clean. Highly recommended and we will be back for future visits. Thank you Steve

Probably the most beautiful location and property I have ever stayed at. Susan was an absolute pleasure and joy, even going to extra mile to leave us chocolate hearts and Prosecco for our valentines weekend. Johnathan was a very responsive host. The property was ideal for our larger family. The property is situated a stones throw away from the most beautiful beach. The rooms are clean, light and airy. All bathrooms were equipped with soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Johnathon even gave us a late check out on the Sunday morning because of the weather which was very much appreciated

More than great, big spacious house, comfortable and clean. Perfect for a big family, decorated for christmas time, which was an amazing touch. Big balcony on top floor with chairs to sit and admire the view of the sea.

I stayed at the property because I had 3 days in between moving out of my old house, and into my new one. So I write this from a perspective of someone who lives and works in Swansea, and was not on holiday! But I have to say that I throughly enjoyed my stay. The place was absolutely immaculate, had a well stocked/modern kitchen, and a lovely sitting area (with fire), which overlooked Swansea bay/mumbles. The 2 ensuite bedrooms are plenty large enough, and the garden area was great - offering lovely views from the decking. I lost count of the number of hours I spent in the jacuzzi! It was also only a 15 min walk into mumbles, which was really handy. While the steps up to the house may be problematic for some, it does mean you are set back/away from the road and other houses, which affords a sense of space. Finally, the owner was super-responsive. I could not ask any more of them. Overall, I highly recommend staying at the property - whatever your reasons are for visiting Swansea!

We had a wonderful stay here during the colder greyer time, fully knowing it would be like this in Feb! The house was very warm and cosy, with a well-equipped kitchen that allowed us to prepare meals without having to venture out in the miserable weather. The highlight for us was the conservatory overlooking the canal. It was the perfect spot to relax after a day of hiking, watching the world go by, including the ducks! It was also great for enjoying our morning or afternoon coffee/tea and reading our books. Parking right outside the house was a bit hit and miss, but we always found a space on the main road when needed, both in the morning and evening. The beds and sofa were comfortable, and having a dishwasher was a fantastic convenience. Suggestion for Future Guests: If you enjoy hiking, make sure to bring all your gear as there are some beautiful trails nearby (walking and driving distance). The entrance way has ample space for boots, coats and more especially when wet and muddy.

Great place to stay for a visit to Mumbles. The house is literally within 1 min from the beautiful seaside in the quiet part of Mumbles. There is a set of stairs to reach the terrace where the house is located, so people with special needs should be mindful of that. Restaurants, cafes, and pubs are literally within 5 minutes walk from the property and about 10-15 minutes walk to the town center. The place has fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and nice big bathroom. Everything you need to a great stay. Our host was responsive and helpful during our stay. We would definitely recommend this place!

Simply fabulous. Ship cottage is in a truly special location, a stones throw from the beach, and with lovely views of the sea from the front bedrooms and bathroom. The cottage is very well equipped and the kitchen was a joy to cook in. Kath couldn't have been more helpful and we enjoyed great food at the Valley pub on Bishopston Rd (but arrived a touch early for Wednesday's open mic night). Super walking from the doorstep, and we particularly loved the dramatic, and sandy, Pobbles bay.

Metin was incredibly helpful and very accommodating. He made me felt at ease with my 3 dogs. THREE DOGS! He made us all felt so comfortable. It was so easy to communicate with Metin as well. He’s always at the end of the phone for whatever I needed. The front bedroom was not only GORGEOUS.. the view, it was breathtaking. I can only imagine what it would look like in summer… or even in cold winter but dry day. I planned on coming back to stay longer to go on more adventures ♥️

We had a fantastic stay at The Aros! Check-in was smooth, and the apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated. There were so many thoughtful touches that made it feel extra cosy. The handbook provided was super helpful and offered great tips on local attractions and restaurants. Communication with Sarah was excellent—she was friendly, very welcoming, and incredibly helpful. We had such a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back Thank you 🤍

Wayne and Jan’s place was absolutely wonderful. The space was beautifully furnished/ presented and very well appointed. The position of the apartment is not only stunning but also convenient for walking in to town, getting on to the coastal path from the door and for short drives to other parts of the Gower that are that little bit further afield. The Hosts communicated clearly, were friendly and offered plenty of recommendations Would highly recommend

Really good location and lovely flat with a great view of the marina

A great apartment in an even better location. Right on the coastal path and Loughor estuary the views are amazing and change completely with the weather and times of day. We spent one night on the balcony watching the stars and some meteors and the next watching a distant storm. Make sure to pack some binoculars. The apartment is clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities and then some. A great kitchen, lounge and bathrooms. The three floors up might be challenging for some, I had a moon boot on during our stay, took a while to get up but the stairs are nicely spaced. it's a great place to go and chill and a great base to visit local attractions or to just wander down to the beach. Would for sure go back again. especially when I can walk more(at all 😂)

This was our third visit to this lovely apartment. The sea views are just wonderful. It's always hard to leave. We will be back! Highly recommended.

Fabulous stay at Jonathan’s air bnb. Perfect location, right by the Marina & with this in mind, the price was a bargain. Was cosy and felt like a home away from home - definitely recommend and we will be keeping this in mind for when we are back in Swansea! Thank you.
