Rachel was such a great host, this place is perfect for long term stays, we were in Newport for a month. Absolutely stunning neighborhood makes you feel right at home. We were sad to leave !

Lovely spot, bridges that now hard to find gap between being simple enough that it doesn't feel like you're staying in someone else's home and they just left, and human enough that it doesn't feel as though you're in a ready-made airbnb that's never used by anyone else. Charming neighbourhood with a very close beach, and love having a murphy bed to make it less of a studio!

We were very happy with the condition and feel of the apartment! Everything was minimal, uncluttered, and felt clean. My only complaint would be is that you would get whiffs of marijuana from other tenants but that isn’t Kyle’s fault. He was helpful when we had questions and would definitely be comfortable if we had to come back to the area staying again.

Thank you so much! We loved staying at your place. The apt is so wonderful, sweet and charming, and bigger than expected! Plus the location was perfect - we walked to just about everywhere we wanted to go within Bristol. At night, we relaxed and played Miles Davis, and it was so lovely. Comfy, cozy place with sweet little touches throughout. Huge thanks to Barbara for always being so responsive and thoughtful! Yay - great experience and we will definitely return.
