Ms. Nurdan contacted us, she is a very friendly and warm person. She always asked if we needed anything. When I wrote, he answered quickly. The location of the house, the proximity to the sea is wonderful. The neighbourhood it is in is very decent, the neighboring aunts next door are very sweet. The house has all the things you could need. There are markets within walking distance. We enjoyed sitting on the porch every evening. It's in a very calm, fully relaxing place. It was a vacation I would prefer if I went again.

Ms. Melis and her family were extremely kind and helpful people. The house was complete in location, cleanliness, amenities. Me and my family were comfortable like in our own home. They offered tangerines from their garden. They also left treats for us at the house. They also supported our transportation. It was a beautiful stay in every way. It was a comfortable stay in a very decent neighborhood. Mr. İlteriş was hungry and very helpful in communication. walking distance to all public transportations, 5 minutes to the seaside. You can park your car in front of it. The only negative point is that it is a studio as shown, but it is likely that it is like a shop and the entrance is direct from the outside. Also, it's hard to heat up because of the glass walls, you have to be prepared for that. The price is very good in terms of performance. I will stay if I go to the same area again. Thank you

I've stayed in a wide range of places in different countries on Airbnb and other platforms throughout the years, and I can honestly say this was one of the best stays ever. Perfect flat - spotless, comfortable and well organized. Berrin and her partner Kubilay were so kind to us. They welcomed us at the door, showed all the amenities and communicated with us throughout our stay to check if we are comfortable and offered help if we needed. Every little detail that we would need during our stay was already already provided the moment we arrived together with treats. The location was well-connected to busses, metro and tram. There are bunch of nice restaurants and shops just in 5 minutes of walk. Furthermore, having the opportunity of a sea side walk on one of the best spots in Izmir anytime is priceless. We would like to thank to both for their hospitality and kindness. 🫶

When we entered the house, we were greeted by a perfectly clean place. It was quite comfortable and just like in the photos. The host guided us through most of the issues and was able to take quick action when a problem occurred. It was definitely a place I would prefer when I came to Izmir again.

Fatih and Hulia (his wife), were amazing hosts! The same matches the description, and the view is spectacular. As a solo traveller, I was apprehensive at first but appreciated the quick responses from the very beginning (ie. before I settled and made the booking). Their home is well-maintained and beautiful, and Hulia maintains it superbly. Hulia and Fatih's home felt like a home away from home, and with the help of Google Translate, we communicated. They were always more than happy to help, which was quite touching especially during my last few days as I was feeling poorly. Hulia, making me a cuppa almost drove me to tears. I would not recommend this place enough. The next time I'm in Izmir, I would not hesitate to book it again. Until next time!
