Lux&Smart House Seaside City Center Near Tram Stop

It's a smart luxury house in the middle of the city by the seaside and 30 second walk to the tram stop. There are 4 big supermarket next to the house (10 to 60 second walking) There is 500 Mbps Fiber internet, Turkcell Tv+ iptv with all the channels, 4K 65'' Tv, hot or cold drinking water machine. Last model of air conditioning, washing/dryer machine and Microwave/oven, always have a hot water. House is full with my art works, i've tried to combine old and new. feel free to ask anything else.

In city center, all bars, restaurants, cafes are below our apartment. 3 A/C natural gas heating, Ambilight Tv and sound system, bath tub, all are ready for your staying. Our cleaning team also cleans everything before your arrival. Also we have SPECIAL PARKING LOT(Vans not allowed). You can come by your car very easy. Our building has elevator so you dont need to climb stairs.
