静かで落ち着いた滞在ができました。 必要なものが全て揃っていて清潔な貸切個室で、京都に暮らす体験ができました。 細やかなメッセージでのやり取りや、照明のリモコンの置き場所、備品などやハウスルール冊子など、ホスト様のホスピタリティを感じました。 建物の正面にある建勲神社は少し階段を登ると素晴らしい眺望が開け、整備された森を散歩できます。 紅葉の時期だったので、素晴らしい木々と空のコントラストを見ることができました。 近所にはたくさんの伝統的な和食の店や食品店、和菓子店、喫茶店、レストラン、銭湯、寺社、史跡などがあります。 自転車を貸していただいたので、出町柳や一乗寺などのエリアまで足を伸ばせました。 金閣寺、仁和寺、頑張れば広隆寺なども、また上賀茂神社も、自転車で散策できる範囲かと思います。 機会があればぜひまた滞在させていただきたいです。 ありがとうございました。

I stayed here for a month and loved it! JR line right down the street that goes right to Kyoto station. Busses nearby with access to all over the city + shrines. Great for tourists and great for people living long term locally since it's surrounded by a bunch of fantastic restaurants and has a grocery store directly infront of the house. It made my Kyoto stay very nice. One of the cleanest places I've stayed as well! The only downside I can think of is that it's on a road with a hospital just a few minutes away so there were quite a few ambulances in the area so it made sleeping with the door open kind of difficult but that is not a fault of the home at all. Would definitely recommend to friends and family in the future!

We had an early check-in and our host received us with a warm cup of tea. Gave us local recommendations and showed us how to get around. It was really close to the Kyoto station and a comfortable place to stay in.

Zunächst haben wir die Wohnung nicht gefunden, da Google Maps uns die gegenüberliegende Straßenseite angezeigt hat, aber Dank der Löwen vor dem Eingang haben wir schnell alles finden können. Die Lage ist gut, wenn man hauptsächlich in der Innenstadt unterwegs sein möchte, so ist zB Nintendo Kyoto direkt nebenan. Es war eindeutig die schlechteste Wohnung während unserer Reise durch Japan, aber trotzdem völlig in Ordnung. Besonders die schnelle Hilfe beim Check-In mit flexibler Check-In-Zeit war äußerst hilfreich. Nebenan befindet sich außerdem direkt ein Family Mart. Für Unternehmungen und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten muss man schon mal umsteigen, aber alles noch im Rahmen. Waren sehr zufrieden.

Appartement agréable et propre, emplacement très pratique pour découvrir la ville avec la gare à proximité. Nombreux cafés et restaurants à proximité. 7/11 dans la rue.

The place was exactly as described. It was very close to the shin-Osaka station and very clean as a studio apartment with 2 separate beds. It also had a nice view on the 9th floor but the neighborhood was almost too quiet. Very little commercial activity on that side of the train station. But very easy to travel to the more fun areas.

はじめてのairbnbの利用でしたが、大変快適に過ごせました！ 事前に不明点をオーナーに問い合わせたときも丁寧に対応くださいました。 場所もとてもわかりやすく、駅チカで便利でした。部屋はきれいで、ベッドの寝心地もよくとても快適に過ごせました。 家電もいいものがそろっており助かりました。 また大阪滞在の予定があるので、今後もこちらを利用させて頂きます！！

位置非常赞！100米内就有好喝的咖啡店和餐厅。著名的锦市场就在2分钟路程内。整体入住非常满意，就是房间有点小，适合两个人，我们一家四口有些挤，其他都很好很方便。

It was near the busy streets of Kyoto, but still in a quiet and private atmosphere. It was unfortunately very rainy when we stayed, but the accommodation is private enough to keep the entrance and surroundings dry, it’s pretty enclosed which is a plus. The room can be quite tight for two people, but it is manageable if you’re outside exploring most of the time anyways. It’s a great stay for travelers who want to be near the center of Kyoto. Definitely recommended!

Joe's mom was incredibly welcoming and made check-in a breeze. The room was spotless and had everything we needed, plus some! The neighborhood was serene, with a park and convenience store just a short walk away. We were also delighted to find ourselves near fantastic kaiseki restaurants and izakayas. There's also the amazing Goodman Roaster right across the street!

This was such an amazing place to stay. Right next door to a beautiful temple and within a short walk to the geisha district and the Nishiki Market. The inside was beautifully renovated and it was right above a convenience store and next door to a wonderful little Teppanyaki place. The train station was a 7 minute walk and that will take you any where you want to go. I cannot recommend it highly enough, a wonderful stay!

Really special place. Located on an idyllic creek and a two minute walk to the main river and access to a TON of restaurants. Central to everything. The traditional Japanese beds were very comfortable. My only regret was not being here when the cherry blossoms were in bloom because they line the creek and I can only imagine how beautiful it would have been. I recommend staying here!

Nori and Fumi were absolutely amazing, from the beginning to the end! They even received our luggages ahead of time and picked us up from the train station. The apartment was beyond our expectations; the bed was so comfortable and the biggest one we had in Japan, spacious living space and kitchen. The ability to do laundry was just icing on the cake! Breakfast was served every morning and it was delicious! Nori gave us an option of doing a traditional Japanese or American breakfast at the cool cafe. The location was right outside of the chaos of Kyoto but very close to the train/bus, restaurants, conventions stores, etc. Fumi took us to a local spot every morning and dropped us off closer to where we wanted to be and gave us recs! The experience with Fumi and Nori was just invaluable. We long to come back and visit them as they are just the most wonderful humans! It was great getting to know them and making new friends in Japan; they added so much to our trip. Thank you so much

Great location and very close to multiple key locations (walk to Gion, Nishiki market is <10 mins away, a lot of the temples are nearby).

Ty's place was perfect for me: just a few minutes away from the Monorail and then the Osaka University Toyonaka Campus, it was the ideal solution to minimize commuting in a very busy and crowded area. Hotarugaike Hankyu station comes with its many convenience stores and food markets, where I could shop daily and come back to Ty's apartment and prepare some dinner. The apartment is very nice and clean and easy to handle. Wi-fi excellent and so heating. Only thing, I was not able to tackle directly the garbage management, apparently rather complex also for locals, and had to rely on the Ty's and co-hosts' kindness and help on that matter. I didn't particularly matter the hustle and bustle of the many Hankyu trains coming and going also late in the evening, but some people may do. For me it was a great experience, and I hope, should my working engagements bring me back to Osaka Daigaku, to have another few days over there.

Great place to stay. The location is a bit far from the nearest station, but it's walkable. The hosters were very friendly and replied to every question I had. They even understood a problem I had and modified my booking accordingly! (The best). The apartment is cozy, and the neighborhood is very quiet, very nice to relax after work. A small improvement would be to add more cooking utensils for those who like to cook their own breakfast (like me).

Great place however wasn’t aware washing machine and dryer was paid and shared. Also had to pay 200pp/night for accommodation tax

Studio dans un quartier calme. Idéalement situé à 10 min en train de Kyoto et 30 d'Osaka.

아늑해서 혼자 지내기 좋았습니다. 아래에 가라오케가 있긴 한데 시끄럽지 않았습니다. 무엇보다 문의 사항에 친절히 응대해주어서 좋았습니다.

Enjoyed a comfortable stay, and the location was great! Very close to the train station, which made it easy to tour around the city.

Kana is a great host. This location was so nice that it made me want to stay forever (lol). It's a cozy apartment with nice amenities, a 7 Eleven and pharmacy right around thecorner, plenty of food options, and a 15-20 minute walk to Shin-Osaka station. I would definitely stay again. :)

超级棒的房源，在京都站附近，门口有巴士站，交通方便。还有厨房可以做菜，边上有永旺超市。我们提前把行李寄送到公寓也贴心的帮我们签收放到房间内，自助入住很方便。相对于酒店，有更大的空间，也很自由舒适。性价比非常高，我想推荐给所有人！
