The apartment was exactly as described. Everything was in order and clean. The area is quiet and walkable. There is a park in a walking distance and place for a workout.

I had an amazing stay at Yuiitsu’s place! It had everything I needed. It is new, very clean, spacious, has lots of light and ammenities. Its very close to a nice tourist area called Kitano. On the same street you find local nice restaurants! It is just a 10 min walk from Sannomiya Station. I loved staying at Yuiitsu’s place. Would definetly come back!

It was my first time using Airbnb, but I had a very pleasant time! The owner handled it very nicely when I asked about something I didn't understand in advance. The place was very easy to find and conveniently located near the station. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I had a pleasant time. It was helpful to have good appliances. I plan to stay in Osaka again, so I will stay here again in the future!!

A great walkable location. Enjoyed nearby restaurants and public transportation. A quick visit after we arrived by owner to show us how everything works was very helpful! May explained nearby construction before we arrived so we were prepared and did not affect our stay. We were out all day anyway enjoying delightful Kyoto!!

host was very responsive when we had queries during our stay, and also provided clear and detailed instructions & directions prior to stay. walking distance to metro station, and very accessible to namba, usj and other attractions.

Good airbnb

Check in was easy and Mashitos communication was great. We were a group of 3 couples and were very comfortable. The surprising highlight - the shower! We found the same shower head of Amazon and plan to purchase once we’re home. Close enough to everything we needed. Thank you for a fabulous stay’

When I put the address into google maps, I was directed to another facility in the neighborhood and it was difficult to find at night.Other facilities were great facilities.

Cozy place conveniently located at walking distance to Shin-Osaka station. Good spot when traveling through.

Ohara is such a wonderful and responsive host. His place was very near the station which is very convenient if you want to explore. There are also a lot of convenience store and market around the area. It felt like home. Will surely recommend his place to friends

The place itself is so authentic and cozy, and the outdoor bathtub is just the cherry on top. The location is 10/10 - so close to a lot of must-see things. It was so nice to be able to walk to basically everything.

Host was very kind and responsive. The unit was generally clean and comfortable. Location wise it’s very near a train station and had a convenience store and supermarket nearby. There are also many nearby restaurants like Sushiro to have dinner or supper.

Kana's property was perfect to bunk down and recover from a day's walkabout. Easy walking access to the local train station which connects to Shin-Osaka station in one stop - very convenient for us as we were going to Kyoto regularly during our stay. Peaceful and quiet, just like living at home in the suburbs for us. The steep staircase was expected, once the luggages were up it was all good - plenty of space for the two of us to lay out luggage out in the lounge. Bathroom and toilet were clean, and the washing machine was great - even better was a small foldable drying rack for towels and clothes to dry. The AC unit is perfect as it blows air through the lounge to the bedroom. The living areas had good sunlight as well, as when we got back home in the evenings, upstairs would be comfortably warm. Definitely recommend this spot if you want value for money (Kyoto and Osaka were pricier when we looked), comfort and space (at least for 2) and easy access to public transport.

Great place with nice host

A great place to stay. Host answered any questions as soon as possible. Room is very comfortable, but might be tight for 4 people. We were a party of 3 and we each had space for us and suitcases. Beds were comfortable and bath room is great. Just note that if you are doing a large load of laundry, it will take a very long time.

Close to Fukushima station, close to luggage delivery office (open only Saturday /Sunday). Room was clean, bathroom was spotless. Laundry powder, vacuum cleaner, washing machine was provided. Would stay here again.

Cozy, clean and peaceful spot - centrally located in close distance to the Kyoto rail station. Restaurants and food stores in close walking distance too! Host is very helpful and responsive to requests.
