Monthly Rentals in Nandlstadt

Place was smaller than expected, but it was a compromise of having a separate bedroom from the kitchen and toilet, as compared to a 1 room apartment. Kitchen was small but usable. Overall it was a good enough location to commute to and from the university with bicycle (10 min), and 20 min walk / 5 min bus to the city centre. Asmir is a friendly and great host with clear communication. In a city where accommodations with medium term i.e. 1-2 months stays are hard to come by, the price is okay.

Was in this beautiful apartment for 2 weeks and felt totally comfortable, the communication with the host was extremely friendly, very accommodating. Easy check in via key code. Amenities perfect, kitchen equipment perfect, cleanliness perfect. I'd love to come back.

Florian's place was a wonderful welcome to our stay in Germany--close to the airport and the location provided all the needed sustenance for two very jet-lagged and flight weary people. We hope to stay here on a regular basis as we come and go from Germany for frequent work matters. Thank you!
