Resort holiday rentals in Nam Phrae

Eddy was very responsive. As we're a vegetarian group staying at the villa, he was attentive to our diet requests in the breakfast catering. Eddy is very hospitable. The villa is suitable for guests with family of different ages. Our group consisted of elderly who find the tranquil estate and surrounding a great place for a city escapade; children in our group also loved the pool and the horses that Eddy had on his estate. Though a little far from Chiangmai city, this place provides great opportunity to explore further north of chiangmai, where the off-beaten tourist attractions are.

A beautiful place even better than the pictures! Yes, it's remote but worth it. The amenities of being in a resort are so wonderful -- daily cleaning, robes, slippers, mini bar, room service. No fault of the host, but the shuttle service doesn't run often and the grab service was very expensive because of the holiday weekend we were there. we spent a lot of time and $$ arranging transport, so just plan accordingly!

Staying at Sunnot’s home was a lovely place to call home while we were traveling. Walking distance to the Jin Jai market which he suggested to us and was amazing, yet also secluded enough that it was quiet and peaceful to relax and rest after long days out exploring. The best sleep I’ve had my whole trip in Thailand. Comfortable bed and room, beautiful serene garden space. I got into an accident while traveling and Sunnot was helpful with which hospital to go to. I really appreciated this. Would definitely stay again.

This is a wonderful spot. Super quiet (except for the occasional plane taking off), the rooms are roomy and clean, and the pool is delightful. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. I'll be back again next year for sure

Beautiful place surrounded by nature with chill vibes, nice staff, home cooked meals and all kinds of services available on site. There were fruit flies in the village because of the season but was not a big deal. Great place to stay for a relaxing time

It's the third time I've been to Chiang Mai, and I've experienced different styles of apartments, hotels, and homestays each time.This family is not far from the old city and is quiet and chic.Because there are not many guests, so I have a group of four with my friends, and I feel that the whole weekend is our private courtyard, and the pool is also great.👍
