Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

Place looks exactly as described, and the host is pretty responsive. The place is far from all the action as it's a quasi gated community, but if you like quiet, like I do, and don't mind a short grab or bolt to town, this is the place.

I really appreciate the co host Chanakran for being very responsive. I love and appreciate how the host gave us waters. The check in and check out was very easy. Their home was located in a good location. There was alot of restaurant and spa around their home. Everything they have listed on the Airbnb website are there. One thing that I did notice was some of the bathroom have mold and the smell of the sink. Other than that I do recommend this Airbnb to a friend.

We had a great stay here. Cindy gave lots of information and recommendations. She was helpful throughout the stay and even came by to leave fresh oranges from her garden. The apartment was lovely and it was such a bonus to have a pool and gym included. Highly recommend thank you :)

We are a group of 14 people, the photos and actually match very well, the location is very convenient, the place is very convenient, there are many good coffee shops nearby, there are many good coffee shops nearby, there are also good restaurants, good for large groups or people visiting Chiang Mai for the first time, the host and housekeeper are very nice, the service is very nice, the service is very good, there is also free laundry service, and the room will be cleaned every day.The host is always available, and he will do his best to help with anything, strongly recommend this as the best place to stay for your visit in Chiang Mai.

We had a great time, the place essentially located. There was a juice bar and a massage parlor right outside and everything that you could need was walking distance. I had a great time staying here and I would definitely stay again

Nice people, nice rooms and everything on walking distance.

If you are looking for a peaceful,private and beautiful place away from Chiangmai ,this is it. 20 to 30 minute drive from city centre( white public taxis 20 Bhat per person and until 6pm, every 5 or 10 minutes from near the stay and back from the city at Thamel Coffee) This is probably a 5 minute drive from the nearest town center which has supermarkets, an evening market, spas, cafes and shops. The only con was there were mosquitoes in the area and it is not for people who are looking to party or tourist attractions, this is more for just enjoying the nature and local life. The place is very calm, has beautiful surroundings, a pretty stream, an adorable Maximus the pet dog and a very sweet host couple! They made our stay very special and helped us out when we needed! The cottage has a lot of space, and all things you would need for a good stay including washer, kitchen stuff, pool, A/C and other necessities.

This was truly our “Home Away from Home.” The house was beautiful, private, quiet and we had everything we needed for our stay. Ae and all of her staff are very warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and to offer help if needed. I highly recommend this listing to anyone and encourage you to also take a cooking class from Ae while you are there.

To celebrate the New Year, my family gathered in Chiang Mai and stayed at Joy and Joerg’s Airbnb, which was the perfect spot for our reunion. In August, I visited their place in advance, and they kindly showed me around, sharing tips on relaxation, cooking, and massages. In December, the house comfortably accommodated everyone in separate bedrooms. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, relaxing in hammocks, and having a barbecue with fresh meat and vegetables. Their delicious Thai dishes, with separate chili and non-chili plates, were perfect for our family’s preferences. Despite minor issues like rental car trouble and a family member falling ill, Joy and Joerg provided excellent support and advice. Their hospitality made our stay unforgettable, and we left with cherished memories.

The Cyngam Resort is a truly unique place to stay and experience the delights of Chiang Mai. Whilst it’s in a pretty rural setting it’s still only 20 mins via Grab taxi and a 25 minute walk to local restaurants and shops. I’d describe the accommodation as ‘shabby chic’ full of rustic charm and character. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, spacious and comfortable although we did experience some noises in a couple of the bedrooms from the pool filter. We also experienced recurring problems with the hot water to the showers although the fantastic Aor and her team did their very best to resolve the problems as best they could. In fact, the biggest positive of the resort was the friendliness of the staff and the hospitality and support given during our stay and also via prompt communication before our arrival in helping us to plan our week. I would definitely recommend Cyngam for those looking for a unique way to stay in Chiang Mai

As a family of 4 (6 & 8 yr old boys) this property was perfect - space for them to chill out as well as parents. Outdoor courtyard area we used at meal times, we loved. We felt within locals in area. Short walk to restaurants/ ice cream/ supermarket for essentials. Overall great b&b and lovely hosts.

I highly recommend it. Spacious accommodation, friendly guests ~ It is very cleanly maintained ~ The mattress is fluffy and nice ~ There is a lack of infrastructure within walking distance, but apart from that, 100 points. It is not an easy street to walk around Maya Mall.

I highly recommend this place. The host is really nice and helpful. She helped us for the transport from and back to the airport. The breakfasts were excellent and I recommend taking the BBQ. One of our best meal experience in Thaïland.

Beautiful house in peaceful neighbourhood. Great to escape the bustle of the city center. The house is so comfortable, with a well appointed kitchen and plenty of toys for young children as well as some furniture for babies such as a high chair etc. Very friendly and responsive host. The washing machine broke down during our stay but Four and her parents managed the situation very promptly and efficiently to repair it and made sure it was no inconvenience for us. Great hosts! The main touristic attractions are not within walking distance but perfect with a scooter or by grab.

Great location! Very walkable with incredible coffee shops, restaurants and shopping just down the street. Feels more boutique and mellow than Old Town, which is only a short tuk tuk ride away. LOVED this place and will stay here again :)

Satoko's place made our trip to Chiang Mai more enjoyable and comfortable. Thoughtful touches for guests were felt throughout the house. The receptionist at the condo and the guards at the entrance were all so kind to greet me and my family. There was a delicious brunch cafe on the first floor, so it was comfortable to eat in the early morning. The two well-organized rooms and two bathrooms felt like my home in Korea. The night bazaar was within walking distance, so it was convenient to take a walk after dinner. It was definitely an accommodation I wanted to stay again when I came to Chiang Mai.

We just had a wonderful 4 week stay in Lin’s place. It’s a lovely apartment in a great area. Squeeky clean and we were given a complimentary clean once a week which we really appreciated. It’s very walkable to lots of restaurants and coffee shops and if you rent a car, like we did for several days, they will provide a parking card so you can park on the premises. I also loved the little touches like crisps and some drinks and fruit upon arrival. We highly recommend Lin’s place and hope to be back again one day😀

A really beautiful apartment in a stunning complex. The flat itself was perfect for us as a couple but also easily big enough for three or four, the bathroom is gorgeous, the bed is comfortable, and (unlike loads of other similar flats in South East Asia) you can actually use the well equipped kitchenette to cook a good meal from scratch. On top of this the building has a magnificent pool and gym which are great when you’re recovering from a day of sight seeing or working off the two extra bowls of Kao Soi you had for dinner. David and Songsri were amazing hosts, incredibly responsive and really accommodating when our plans changed slightly. It’s a great deal for an apartment that id expect to pay far more for. We’d have loved to stay for longer and we’ll definitely be back.

had a fantastic week with 6 people(3 couples). Each has its own bedroom with its own bathroom. A few minutes walk from a large foreigner-focused supermarket with good bread, among other things. Restaurants are also in the immediate vicinity. The pool is bigger than some hotels. In the winter months, the water is fresh, but is doable for North Europeans. All Grab drivers and pickup services can easily find it. The North Gate is within walking distance.

Best place, Best facility, Best view, Best location, Best flat, Best of best But from my point of view! Because always I travel and stay in Airbnb! My review compare to much more! PS: next to near 7-11 shop there is one lady sell after 745 pm fresh veg and fruits on local price! I miss her!

I had a great time for 2 months; fully equipped kitchen, everything present to make the stay pleasant. Drinking water will be delivered to order at a bizarre low price. Washing machines and dryer on the ground floor but I went to a laundry shop around the corner. Behind the building, off the main road, is a nice typical Thai neighborhood where I have walked wonderfully through the winding streets
