Located on a quiet hill, the view and stars were beautiful.There was a washing machine with a drum type, which was very helpful.

The tasteful old house was beautifully renovated and I had a comfortable stay.It was nice to have a spacious LDK. It was also conveniently close to Gifu Station. It was a sudden reservation, but the communication with the host was very smooth and helpful!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Kuwana! The house is spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, with plenty of comfortable beds to accommodate our group. The open-concept living and dining area was perfect for gathering and relaxing after a fun day at Nagashima Spa Land. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Maki is an outstanding host, providing clear communication and ensuring we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We had a comfortable time with a relaxing and spacious space, as well as tidy furniture and cooking utensils.

This time, I stayed here when I went to Nagashima Sparland and Nabanosato. Until check-in, it was polite and easy to understand. Regarding the building, the interior was very clean and I thought the accessories were impeccable! The bath was a hot spring, so I was satisfied! To put it bluntly, if the air conditioner is fully active and use a microwave, etc., the breaker will fall off, so it was necessary to be careful. It was automatically restored, so there was no problem. If you go to a similar place, I would definitely recommend staying here!

Good value for money choice, host very responsive and nice house.One thing to note is that there is a small portion of the house that is not allowed to be used and it looks like there are some valuables in it, so it is understandable.If the box is larger, it may be a little troublesome to move up to the second floor.The rest was absolutely perfect, thank you!

It's not the latest facility, but it's very neat, and it's the same as the atmosphere of a Japanese home. It's a spacious house with a warm and nice atmosphere. You can stay generously even with a large number of people.

This time, I used it when I went to Nagaspa together with four families.There is also a convenience store and supermarket nearby, and there is also a bathing facility called Kua House Nagashima, so we were able to move around quite flexibly with many children. The inside of the facility was also kept very clean, and everyone from adults to children was very satisfied!

It a very lovely place. Near to the JR station. A supermarket is located in 5 mins walking. Very well place to choose.

The overall stay was good, just that the bathroom and the console were colder.In addition, the parking space by the house is too high and my car can only be placed in front of the house.

This is my 4th time staying at にゃん’s. Whenever I am in Nagoya, I know that I can feel at home here. As soon as I walk in, it does feel like coming home. In the 5 years I’ve been coming here (it would’ve been more, but as you all know, COVID wrecked the world’s travel plans), not much has changed. It’s a reliable, quiet place to come back to after sightseeing or even to make a home base for day trips to Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Gifu, Mie, even as far as Fukuoka (wake up early for this!). As much as I love the apartment, the standout highlight is still the host, にゃん. When I couldn’t figure out something, or got lost wandering sightseeing, they were there to help. From the moment you become their guest, they want to make sure you have the best experience of Japan possible. Treat にゃん well, because they will treat you well. The epitome of “omotenashi” — the Japanese tradition of hospitality.

It was very beautiful and we were able to make ourselves at home.
