The place is very nice. Its cozy and welcoming with a kotatsu to warm your feet. The stairs are a bit narrow and the luggage is hard to bring up and you have to be careful going up or down but its ok with us. What I like is almost everything you need is provided like hairdryer, detergent, bodywash etc. It is also near Lawson and 10min walk to Kanayama Station. Host is also very accommodating and answers messages promptly.

The host is very friendly.The residence is located in a quiet residential area with convenience stores, large supermarkets, local food venues and all within walking distance of the train station and subway station.The host also provided bicycles for use.The residence as a whole is ideal for 5-6 people, 2 or 3 families.The restaurant on the second floor is the longest room we spend on this trip, the rooftop terrace is also a nice place to gather when the weather is appropriate.Will definitely have a chance.

It was a great place to stay with plenty of amenities, a beautiful and spacious room, the host's spirit of service, and polite response. This time, I stayed with 16 people, but I was able to spend three days without feeling cramped at all.

A wonderful place! So spacious, modern, well equipped, convenient from station and food. The host Sonoco is so lovely and accomodating, passionate about providing the best experience. We really felt at home and enjoyed our stay here so much as a family. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again if visiting. Thank you.

The host is very polite and generous. He gives us ice cream, soft drinks and most of all oranges from his own tree. Above all, the place is very nice. It is quite big space, clean and luxurious. It is also equiped with complete amenities and beautiful garden. Perfect for family gathering. Communication was OK, although we speaks in different languages. Very recommended place should you bring car by yourself.

We, my wife and I, rented the place for a month, so plenty of room for just the 2 of us. This reasonably spacious apartment was very clean and comfortable and an easy walk to train station, grocery and convenient stores. Also, well stocked with basic toiletries and kitchen and cleaning supplies. Quiet building and safe neighborhood too.

Tatsunori's place was clean, homely and very tastefully decorated! If you like anime, the design of each room would amaze you, it's like walking into a themed hotel, except better! Tatsunori and Annie were really flexible with our check in process. We were running late due to traffic and they were happy for us to have dinner before checking in. They greeted us and helped with the check in process, and also very kindly got us ice cream for the night. Highly recommend this place! The only regret I had was not staying longer, would definitely be back the next time I am in Nagoya.
