Although I never met Arpita, she manages her parents home online - Arpita is excellent at communication. Arpita's English is excellent and she communicates clearly and concisely. I never had to wait long for a reply. This listing offers extra services like prepared meals and arranging excursions and transportation. All of these services were delivered with excellence. I brought a colleague with me, with the two of us we had quite a list of foods we didn't eat. All of the meals were delicious and met our dietary needs. This home is located on a very busy road. The rooms on the exterior wall facing the road experience road noise which was difficult for sleeping. You can hear loud noise going on in the upstairs bathrooms in the early morning. The family's staff are all wonderful. I felt welcomed and well cared for and enjoyed my stay.

This should be the place for anybody to stay who comes to Kaziranga. Proactive host who waited more than 2 hours at the bus stop to pick, made very comfartable and helped in visiting Kaziranga entirely. He arranged vehicles to go to places, booked elephant safari just before its schedule without any extra charge, even done shopping for me as i asked without any cost. Must visit place of you're coming to Kaziranga.

Beautiful place, just like the photos. Loved the aesthetic Bungalow feel, and Cooper and Scooby were a delight 😊 Well equipped, easy to reach, and very cooperative hosts.

Highly recommended for a relaxing and pleasant experience. And the sunrise is just mesmerizing from the balcony.

An excellent place to stay, particularly during the Hornbill Festival (the Naga Heritage Village is within walking distance). The room was clean and had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. We were served tasty breakfasts at the onsite cafe. Having this cafe was convenient since we could order food and beverages at other times of the day too. Also onsite was a gift shop which stocked some nice items. The host was responsive, forthcoming and helpful. The staff were polite and efficient. Highly recommend this place.

This place is quite close to the Dimapur station, although ongoing flyover work in the morning-afternoon hours can necessitate taking a longer route. The hosts were prompt and responsive, and we were shifted to a more accessible room on the first floor when I mentioned my mother's problem with stairs. They also gave us contact numbers of experienced drivers and called an autorickshaw on our behalf on the day of checkout. It was overall a very comfortable stay.
