Monthly Rentals in Mutton Island, County Galway

Once again I had a fantastic stay. I stayed here for work most of the fall. Both me and my (little) dog loved this place. Good location, great people with lovely children and maximum privacy when needed with the owners friendly dog ​​in the garden. It's time for me to find my own place, but I really enjoyed my stay with Karen and Séan.

Carol was lovely, saw me checking in and popped over to say hi and gave some wonderful recommendations for food & how to get around. The property is exactly as described and was very clean, plus nice touches like milk, coffee pods & sweet treats. I had everything I needed with extra blankets for the cold front we’ve just had. I’m an avid walker and was able to walk to all locations in around 15-30mins. Left of the property you have The Latin Quarter, The Spanish Arch, Galway museum and Eyre square. Not to mention every pub is so welcoming, great atmosphere and the best music. I was a solo traveler for most my trip and felt at home every where I went :). To the right the wonderful Salthill beach. Carol was very accommodating I didn’t need much, but if I did I knew I would have been helped. Galway itself I loved. Such a great place steeped in history, in the most beautiful soundings with music and story telling at its core!!

Zahra is a great host, friendly, professional, responsive and obliging. The property is in an excellent location. It faces directly onto the Salthill promenade walk, with tremendous views of Galway Bay. No difficulty with parking either. Would return to this property without hesitation. (10 minute drive to Eyre Square or 30 Minute walk).

Great option to stay while on West Ireland and Galway! Dee is a super-host that provides a lot of recommendations in Galway (city centre is a 30 minute walk away from the house), Connemara and the Moher Cliffs areas. The space is well organized and comfortable, allowing you to cook inside the house and a special shout out should be given to the comfy bed. It really allows you to recharge after a day out. The only back-drop is that loud noises from the main house may be heard.
