Great place, great location and value for money. This place offers privacy and stunning valley and Mountain View’s. The views are from the living room and smaller of the 2 bedrooms. The study and larger bedroom face the back and offer no view. The bed in the smaller bedroom (the one with the view) is very small and the mattress does not fit the bed, this was disappointing as the bed is quite small for 2 people and to add to it, the mattress is even smaller making it uncomfortable. The staff at the property were wonderful and polite and the food cooked was very good.

We had an amazing stay! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay special. unforgettable. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!Thank you for good memories.

We ( 4 adults + 1 child ) had a pleasant 2 nights stay at Shalini mam's place in the last week of August 2024. She was very responsive and her instructions were spot on to find the property easily which is 45mins drive from Dehradun station. The bedroom on the 1st floor is large enough to accomodate 4 adults easily on one king size bed and on one sofa cum bed. Ground floor has got dining table and kitchen along with sofa cum bed. the weather at that time was at its very best and we were able to go to the river via two different routes which are hardly at 15-20mins walk. 1st floor bedroom terrace offered some amazing monsoon views to capture. Caretakers Sanjay and Anu are a very nice and helpful couple and Anu prepared very homely and delicious meals as per our requirements. We recommend this place for a weekend getaway to take a pause from the hustle and bustle of daily life and spend some quality indoor time with a small group of friends or family with delicious homely meals.

Best bnb in town, the property was perfect for everything, be it architecture, living area, bedroom, bathroom, dining area, everything was so beautifully designed and maintained. Fresh towels in the bathroom, fresh bedsheets, clean kitchen utensils. Owner was so polite and humble, and responsive for any need. Felt like home.☺️

We came across this Property on Air BnB.. Didnt give a second thought when I saw this property at such an Unbelievable Price & we made the Best decision.. The Story of our wonderful stay started from Roof top of this Villa, as we entered this Villa the biggest attraction was the Terrace and Roof top.. Ample space to sit outside and enjoy the Breeze coming directly from Hills of Mussoorie.. We enjoyed sitting out and Sipping hot tea at different levels .. Such a Peaceful stay we had at this property.. Enjoyed long Chit chats in Lovely weather and lush green locality away from crowd of City with everything so approachable at walking distance. We went for a very short visit. Will surely plan a long Vacation at this place.. Really felt like home away from home with all the amenities required for a comfortable stay, Wifi, Neat Rooms with wardrobs, Dressing tables, Easy chair etc and a Cute Kitchen to cater for the basic requirements.. Host was a call away and was very helpful & Forthcoming to assist us for our requirements.. I would say the Best of Air BnB experience we had at this place.. Special Thanks to Rajender Ji..

We had a great time at the Airbnb! The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful! Felt like home. The staff were very cooperative. The breakfast was cooked on our recommendation and it was delicious. Poha is recommended definitely! We had an amazing time and enjoyed a lot with beautiful scenery and outside seating arrangements. PS: The Airbnb is not for elderly as it includes climbing more than 85 stairs. But definitely it is for youngsters or fit people! Must try!

We stayed at this stunning villa for three nights with a family of 10, including three kids, and had an amazing experience. The property has well-appointed and spacious rooms that ensured everyone felt comfortable and at home. The theatre room in the basement was a highlight, providing the perfect spot for cozy family movie night. The kids especially loved the attic and large lawn area, which became their mini playground for games and fun activities. The staff (Pawan,Deepak and Ramesh)was exceptional—polite, attentive, and always ready to assist. A special mention goes to the cook(Ramesh), who prepared a variety of delicious dishes tailored to our preferences, from traditional meals to kid-friendly options. We also got the barbeque next to the bonfire which was perfect. Every meal was a treat! We celebrated two birthdays during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to make it a truly memorable experience for all of us.

Our trip goes in the history as one of the most memorable stay though short. The place is combination of great location, wonderful facility, amazing food and warm & prompt service. Couldn't ask more!! Thank you Rohit, Nitin & Team.

This was my second stay at Arubhi Cottage. Like the last time, we had an amazing stay at this place. The place is a peaceful retreat nestled in a quiet neighborhood, offering the perfect escape from the city. The property has a large, beautifully manicured lawn where we spent our mornings enjoying tea with views of the surrounding greenery. The space felt private and serene, ideal for relaxation. One of the highlights was the pool, which was clean and well-maintained. We loved lounging by it during the day and sipping our drinks by it during the night. The host Abhishek provided everything we needed, from clean towels to comfortable outdoor seating. The interiors were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy feel. The kitchen was well-equipped for any cooking we wanted to do, and the host even left some thoughtful touches like local snacks and extra toiletries. He was also incredibly responsive. We would recommend the place to anyone visiting Dehradun.

This has been my best airbnb experience in India so far. This was our family's road trip with my parents after 12 years and this place made it so much more special. The villa, the cleanliness, the food, the view, amenities.. I can keep going on and on.. The property is beautifully constructed with glass walls all over that feels like living in nature.. atbthe same time the walls have curtains for maintaining the privacy. Though the listing does not mention the amenities provided but the Paste and soap were there though we carried out own. each room had adequate clean towels, pillows and quilts. The place is about 1 hour smooth drive away from Rajpur road which has all restaurants and market. Swiggy and zomato won't come here but there is cook available to make home cooked tasty healthy food on demand. If you are a peace lover and you are looking for an elegant place , away from hustle and bustle of city then this place is your heaven. we will definitely book again.

The property is lovely, and we had a fantastic time with family and friends. They all loved it too, especially the amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the pool was definitely the highlight!

The woods stay is an excellent property away from the hustle bustle of city. It is peaceful & serene. It has a swimming pool, TT table & a big garden. The staff is quite good & made our stay comfortable. You can get lunch/dinner at a nominal rate & is served hot & fresh. We were a family of 11 people and had a great time over bonfire in the evenings & doing yoga in the morning in the garden. We took our pet along for the first time & he too enjoyed running around this spacious place. The way to the place is good except a stretch of around 700 mtrs which is unpaved. Overall we had a memorable trip.
