Thank you Kerry for letting us stay in your lovely home! You were very welcoming and a great communicator. Even when I added another guest after I booked, she was happy to still make it work.

Great place to stay, very clean and no clutter.

We travelled as an extended family using both cottages, and had a fantastic stay. The main house is accessed by stairs, so tricky for older grandparents and little ones without supervision. The smaller cottage is single level with easy flat access, and closer to the fire pit with an outdoor table/chairs and open grass area where we spent most of the time picnic-ing. The pool was great for cooling off in, and is nicely shaded by the surrounding shrubs. We brought our own pool noodles. Lots of board games as well as Disney+ kept the kids occupied when it was too hot to be outdoors. Kim provided us with a portacot, high chair and baby gate ahead of arrival, and Easter eggs and candies welcomed us when we got there.

This place far exceeded our expectations and it was the little, and often missed things that made the difference. The venue was exactly as described but the host includes the little touches which make a huge difference, which often go overlooked. In the kitchen there is chilled water in the fridge and sauces things like tomato and bbq sauce, white and brown sugar for tea and coffee as well as quality toiletries in the bathroom. I mention these touches as far too many places overlook the home comforts. The TV comes with free Netflix and all the other apps for you to log in on your account. The free wifi is 5G and you are even supplied with free Tom Tams and a bottle of Hunter valley wine upon arrival. Kym has impeccable taste and the place is immaculate with stylish design throughout. The property is close to most of the hunters main attractions. I have stayed in many Air Bnb places and this is right up there with the best in class. Well done Kym, a great experience!

This was the perfect location for our family reunion. Plenty of space, great facilities, activities galore and the kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Playground for the kids, clean pool, grassed areas for the little ones to play, and heaps of activities in the garage area for the adults to play with!! Throw in some very friendly alpacas and you have a great venue for everyone to enjoy. Thank you!!!!

Connor’s place was everything we needed, private, comfortable and suitable for the furry ones. The pictures actually didn’t make justice and I was nicely surprised!

Beau’s listing has everything you could possibly need! All the appliances are great and easy to use. Everything is super clean! The deep spa bath & the 3 shower head shower in the master bathroom are so relaxing after a long day out. The super comfy home theatre with massive tv is a perfect way to chill out at night. Would definitely recommend this home for your next visit to the maitland region!
