Really lovely place, we loved it. The stairs might be a bit trick for elderly and small children, but other than that it’s really perfect. So clean, modern, pretty, great kitchen with everything you can need to cook any meal. I would recommend this place anytime

I highly recommend this place! I really enjoyed it here – it's perfect for a couple and very comfortable. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and it lacks nothing. The hostess is extremely friendly and helpful. It's always available if you have any questions or need support. Everything is very well explained, and the arrival was smooth. The location is also ideal: the bus stop is only a few minutes walk away, and a supermarket is just one street away. Everything is easily accessible. I would stay here again anytime and would highly recommend this place!

We stayed with Dagmar and her husband for a short stay, both of whom are extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is top furnished and the location is super, quiet, in nature and super connected to traffic.

Our stay at Andreas' place was just perfect in all aspects. We spent 8 days at his apartment, including Christmas and New Year's Eve.. Andreas and his wife were very kind and pro active making us feel we were at home. They helped us on finding places opened during Holidays and places to visit.. Small details made the whole difference for me and my family. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The location is also very good.. a calm neighborhood and only 20min by train from downtown. I would definitely recommend Andreas' place to anyone!

Wonderful location in the old city behind the Rathaus with beautiful walks to the Maximilienstrasse, the Függerei, and the Christmas Market. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Very comfortable apartment with plenty of space and charm. Marcel was proactive in sharing parking and checkin instructions with plenty of pictures to make it easy. Place meet my expectations, looks exactly like on photos, the apartment was clean, nice and cozy. Contact with owner was very good, the owner is helpful, friendly.

Incredibly inviting and well mannered. Wolfger was always happy to help when I needed help in some way with acclimating to living in Munich. Always invited me to eat with him. A kind soul that made my first month in Munich and incredibly warm welcome.

Great equipped place in a lovely location. Really everything from the kettle to the baking paper and coffee powder. Wolfgang is very friendly and easily accessible. Two notes that were not clear to me until the day of arrival: - Pool and sauna are public area. Sauna is small (for about two people), costs extra and can only be paid in 1€pieces (about 1€/15 minutes, until sauna is hot plan about half an hour - so sauna about €4-5). - The garden is also for other hotel/holiday apartment guests and you have to cross a street to get there. Still, everything positive prevails and the place is highly recommended! Thanks + happy to come back!

The stay was really great. Everything we needed was there. The location is very nice and you feel right there. There is a special plus for the hot tub, which can be heated with wood. That was a great treat. The location to Lake Ammersee is very good, you should definitely be traveling by car.

There are several apartments in the house. The balcony is shared with another apartment, the garden anyway. Since smoking is allowed on the balcony and garden, we left before moving in. The landlords were very friendly and understanding and proactively initiated the free cancellation in agreement with us on Airbnb. Otherwise a very nice area. We only saw the apartment briefly as Michaela was still cleaning when we arrived.

Very quiet and lovely flat, fully equipped kitchen and close to the train station. We had a wonderful time and Werner was a wonderful host!

The host, Robert, was really kind and helped us stay at the accommodation without any inconvenience. And there is also a bus stop right in front of the accommodation, so it was really convenient to get around, and the subway station is only a 5-minute walk away. He recommended coffee every morning and recommended nearby restaurants, so I had a good meal. If you're thinking about this place, I highly recommend it!
