OG ohne Lift befindet (67 Stufen, Altbau). Eine gute körperliche Konstitution kann somit von Vorteil sein. Für einen guten Start in den Tag bieten wir auch gerne ein kleines Frühstück an und es ergibt sich bei dieser Gelegenheit vielleicht ein zusätzlicher kommunikativer Kontakt.

You will stay at an old inn house in Haidhausen. There are a lot of bars, cafe, and lovely little shops nearby. The house and garden are an oasis of peacefulness. Tram, subway and S-Bahn are not a 5-minute walk away and you can walk to Marienplatz in 15 minutes. The room is located on the second floor and has its own toilet and sink. We share the bathroom with tub and shower. There is a second room for family&friends. PLEASE KINDLY GREET THE NEIGHBORS!

You will have a room in a typical bavarian house. The house is at the end of a dead end. It´s very calm over there. The bed is 200 x 140 cm. If there is a second guest, I will charge an other 15.—Euro. There are 3 dogs in the house, so you shouldn´t be afraid of dogs or being allergic. They are used to other dogs. To Ammersee you have about 500 meters. If you want to visit Munic. It´s a 1 hour ride by train, or about 45 minutes by car.
